Angels, Shockers, Egos, I've shot most of the high end guns, and to me nothing beats that "Matrix" feel...
Marker Setup: Black Ironmen DM6 with Tadao M6 upgraded board, 14' TI Boomstick, RF'd Pulse w/ Speed Feed, 68/45 Angel AIR with Guerrilla HP Reg.
Recommended
Upgrades:
You could change the feedneck (DM7 anyone?) and the ASA if you're really picky
Strengths: The operating word here would be "smooth", DMs have an almost kickless shot; classy looks
Weaknesses: Heavier than newer models, more involved maintenance
Review: Having shot most high ends on the market right now, it obviously comes down to personal preference once the price tag goes over $1000. All this guns come now ready to rip out of the box, all you need is a hopper and a tank. This one's no exception.
Best barrel available (Titanium Boomstick), with the possible exception of the Stiffi, standard.
One of the most respected regulators in the business on the Hyper2, breaks-in real fast, like a case or so, very consistent and not too hard to maintain.
The board is feature-packed and will give you all modes and settings adjustments you will ever likely need, even thou is not as user-friendly as LCDs and OLCDs like Egos and Angels. Debounce, dwell, hopper delay can all be controlled and even thou fine tuning it will require some research and concentration for first timers, it makes the gun even smoother and more efficient.
Perceived accuracy, just like any other DM, is top notch. With a poor match between paint size and barrel bore, as long as the paint is halfway decent, groups are really tight even at long ranges. With good paint and good match, you'll get ball on ball.
Weight is not an issue, very few guns out there can honestly claim to be lighter than this, and it's extremely well designed, very ergonometric and confortable. The trigger guard is large enough to walk the trigger with ease, and the distance between grip and regulator is just perfect, doesn't feel cramped at all. It feels very natural to point and shoot, almost instinctive.
The Matrix family of markers is notoriously quiet, specially when compared to Egos and Angels, and that is, in my opnion, one of the factors that contribute to the overall smoothness of operation and when added to the utter lack of kick, it makes for a very desirable package.
Appearance is obviously a very subjective category, but this is one gorgeous looking piece of metal. Retaining some of the trade marks from earlier Matrixes, but mixing it up with new milling and machining technologies makes it at the same time futuristic looking and classic. Nothing feels out of place here. The laser engraving on either side adds nothing to performance, but it's a nice touch and makes the gun instantly recognizable as a Limited Edition and gets some kudos for style.
Conclusion: I wouldn't reccomend a marker you can't get anymore BNIB, but if you have one, as I'm sure I don't have to tell you, please keep it. This is the apex, the culminating point of an era of markers. After this designers will have to start from scratch if they want to make it A LOT better. If just slightly better is fine, that's when you get a DM7. I can't rate it as perfection, but this is as close as it gets, so it gets....

Review: I love my dm4 but my dm6 rocks. it just fits in your hand like its supposed to be there and it is very quiet. when you pull the trigger there is no kick so it makes aiming that much easier. only thing is the self cleaning eyes don't really self clean but nothing a good swab wont fix. this marker is maintenance free, just lube your bolt good and you are good to go. i would recommend this marker to anyone and you cant beat dye customer service and warranty.
Conclusion: I love this marker and although the ironmen logo does not improve the marker on the field it gives it a classy look, best marker i have ever owned or shot

Review: Well i got this and i must say. I was amazed at just the look of it when i opened it up. Right away i gased it up and started riping. This gun is extremely fast. It is supposed to be set at 285fps. Mine came and it was around 350, but its an easy fix. The barrel is really accurate and if you really wanted to you could get another one but i don't think that is necessary.
Conclusion: Buy Buy Buy Buy Buy!!!

Nothing, overall very intense gun. Unless you want to have one of the best guns ever seen this shoudl last you half a year w/o any upgrades.(Stock)
Strengths: Speed
accuracy
Weight
Weaknesses: A bit light, might whip across field when sliding.
Review: All together this is a excellent gun, i plan on acquiring one myself in the near future. Faster than hell, it shoots so fast sometimes you wont even realize that any ones shooting at you, till you get gogged. Accuracy is crazy, shoots pretty much right inside eachother with a minuscule 1/2 a millimeter lol.

Weight its really light compared to the guns i use, freaking like using a dam cellphone to shoot, really light compared to those heavy guns.

Overall u cant get much of a better gun unless you somehow upgrade this one!
Conclusion: Id highly recommend this gun if u want to pwn noobs, or out gun pros, just for the fact its top of the line. If u have the money buy it!@!@. (dont forget to buy a good hopper or it will suxs as far as walking really fast.)

None really, its a nice marker.
Strengths: Fast, quiet, efficient, nice feel.
Weaknesses: None.
Review: This gun is one of the best i ever shot. Its soooo smooth, soooo fast, very light, nice feel, and the efficiency is great. The first day i got this i shot a case and a half through it, i couldnt stop it was so nice. Now i still like the dm7 better, just because it is a little smaller profile, but still maintains its amazing reputation. This gun is AMAZING for the price.
Conclusion: Get this if you have the cash.
