Review: I always liked PMI guns because they are good quality and reliable and this gun is no exception. The PMI Piranha GTI 2007 features:

High Performance Barrel: The barrel itself is great. It is accurate but not too quiet but who cares because in speedball all you hear is everyone’s gun the whole time. Otherwise, you may want to consider getting a new one.

.45 grip double trigger frame: These grips are comfortable for being solid plastic. They fit the hand and they are not too big or too small. The trigger pull isn’t that hard to shift back and forth but you might want to consider getting a new trigger and/or grips for maximum comfort and performance. I can not stress how important it is to be comfortable while you play. If I upgrade the grip frame (which I probably won’t), I would get the Eforce grip trigger frame but it is not worth it IMO because you can’t use the extra settings in a tournament.

Anti chop bolt: PMI always made good stock bolts and the same thing goes to this one. It is accurate and since it is an Anti chop bolt, it chops rarely if anything it is a maintenance difficulty. I like this bolt and I wouldn’t change it.

Milling: I think the milling looks nice but, it doesn’t have dove tail mounting sight rail or a beaver tail. It is not necessary for some people but, others may use it like me. If you get a Dye Izon Red Dot Gun Sight, you can use it in speedball but you have to be skilled with one. This makes you more accurate but you have to use two eyes. If you are not sure with how to use one go to the reviews on it. I personally don’t like how the vertical fore grip looks neither do I like the ASA. This can be fixed easily with a drop forward.

Removable Feedneck: The stock feedneck is excellent and it goes well with the gun. I like removable feednecks because if your gun gets dropped and bent you can easily replace it with a new one. Good idea for PMI.

Velocity Adjusting screw: This is also a good idea as well. You do not need a tool to turn the velocity up or down. The screw is not too hard to turn either.

Tooless Field stripping: If you don’t understand this, then you’re helpless.

12 month manufacturer warranty: Good for 12 months. That’s all I can say about this.
Conclusion: This marker isn't the best by a long shot but I think it is the best gun for the money. Get it if you like a marker that can be upgraded.

Strengths: Excellent Build Quality
Nice smooth Bolt action
Comfortable Solid grip
Gunmetal Grey looks awesome
Weaknesses: Barrel is a bit loud (only a negative if you play woodsball)
Review: This is an awesome marker for beginners. Just slap a hopper on, screw on your gas-tank and you are good to go. I was very impressed with the build quality. I will definately not hesitate to purchase another PMI product.

I tried out this marker with both the standard gravity feed hopper, as well as a Halo TSA Frontman and its handles both of them just fine. You can really pump out the shots with that Halo spinning away.

Finally, if you getting this marker, make sure you get the Gun-Metal Grey option. Its just looks way better than the standard black and the way-too-pimped-out Electric Blue.
Conclusion: If you play woodsball, then you will need to change the barrel, but it you are looking to get into airball/speedball then this marker is perfect for you.

Review: I purchased this gun from Badlands back in February. I recieved the gun, thinking I just bought one piece of work for dirt cheap. When I finally get to try it, the gun breaks down on me. I had to send it back to Badlands and wait about 2-3 months to get the gun back. I now have the gun with a macro line on it and it does me wonders. I upgraded the barrel asap since i prefer to have a longer barrel. My only thing I DONT like about this amazing starter gun is that the co2 tank can get in your way, easly fixed by adding a rail/drop forward to the gun.
Conclusion: My finaly conclusion about this gun is that its an amazing starter gun, Easy to clean, Runs good on co2 or hpa, and its affordable for anyone. Defently get this gun if you want to start off with a Mech. gun, or you want a gun to fool with. For a few bucks extra you can get good electric guns, which i wish I did buy.

Strengths: Air efficient

Weaknesses: Stock barrel, will chop paint with grav hopper & hi ROF
Review: I picked this up just as a starter marker instead of using rentals. Its lightweight and has a nice overall balance. works great on HPA. Easy field strip. The lack of a clamping feed neck left much to be desired.
-getting the feed neck off requires a bench vice due to the threads (ION threaded) being superglued.
-i have used both the J&J (quiet) and Lapco bigshots on this marker and both being very please with the results and accuracy.
very efficient on gas and is very quiet with the J&J if you care to sneak up on someone.
recommend an electronic hopper to keep from chopping balls on a high rate of fire.
Recommend a drop forward for extra balance and compactness as i use a 14 inch barrel. Just working on hand speed -mind you im not anything great i squeeked out a nice 6bps consistent with avg chrono at 270-280 shooting crap paint. the trigger pull is a bit tight and ill be working on it to make it quicker. But overall AAAA++++.
Love the marker in general after its upgrades i like to toy with it alot more than my other marker (due to avoiding clean up on my US5). I highly recommend this marker.
Conclusion: great cheap marker. Upgrades made this one a keeper.
the ability to get the eforce trigger to add on later is great.

Weaknesses: Co2 spill when screwing on(read review)
Review: everything looks nice on it easy strip and stuff just i don't know if i got the right gun or i was unlucky but it just would not work i'd put the Co2 on and it would come out the barrel and elbow i was really confused so i showed it to my friend who has been paint balling for 7 years he tried it, stripped it, everything and he could not find out what was wrong so again i don't know if i was unlucky or if this is how the GTI is for everyone
but all i can say is i'm returning it and getting some type of spyder or tippmann. my thoughts on it were that it looks gret very sleek design the GTI has very good stock parts but i'm not sure about my Co2 problems.
Conclusion: I would not recommend this gun to any of my friends or any people in that matter but if they think that i was just unlucky then they can take there shot at it. My thought on it is that i probabley got unluckey but i dont want to go through the hassel again.

Review: I bought a gti for a marker at my cottage. and there have been lots of problems with it. My friend bought the same marker and it had broken down to. the bolt is nice and is smooth. it would be better to buy a tippmann what are perfect for woodsplay.
Conclusion: There are better markers out on the marker for the same price or close to it. so buy a diffrent marker.

Strengths: Cheap, light
Weaknesses: Chops balls, Stock barrel does not work very well at all...C02 leaks out barrel
Review: I purchased this gun with minimal paitnball experience. I thought it seemed to be a good gun, untill i went to use it for the second time, and all of the C02 in my tank just leaked right out the barrel. I sent it in and it was fixed under waranty, i used the gun twice after this, and it worked well..But the third time the same thing happend again.
I dont know if all of these guns do the same thing, but make sure you get a warrenty when you buy it.
Conclusion: I dont recomend this gun, for the same money you can buy a tippman and it wont break

Weaknesses: It leaks air
Review: I bought this gun because brass eagle sucksand didn't want to spend alot of money it worked for one game and the had a leaking problem.Brought it in to the shop(i never bought it there and theres no warrenty, got it off e-bay)and the guy said the valve needed to be replaced and he couldn't do it be cause there was none left. So we brought back home took it all apart replaced the valve, lubed it, tightend the grip and everything but it was still leaking(and i did replace the o-rings on the tank so thats not the problem).
Conclusion: This gun is good and upgrade-able but if you buy it just fixed the leak i cant because the closist shop is 4 hours away so its going back on e-bay.
