What I wrote for key strengths pretty much sums it up, they fit perfectly on people with small arms and even people with big arms, they streach and fit pretty much anything, although they are hard to get on at 1st they streach and after 2 uses they get easier to get on, also there is very little movement after they are in place |

they are just awesome, even if you dont use arm guards that much they are cheep and handy to have for those 1 or 2 times a year you may need them |
