Paintball Experience: More than 5 years Similar Products Used: Dm5-6 Various timmis - 2k2 - naughty dogs Mini angels ir3-g7 flys karni's phantoms shockers Hybrid sft shockers, NXT egos - 06 and etek and some off brand name markers Marker Setup: Red Dust Hybrid nxt H0001 Can be seen here http://www.pbnation.com/downtime.html?t=2013423 Specs : All hybrid ups hybrid asa bleeder Hedloc Hybrid frame NXT break beam eyes HE bolt full freak Hybrid halo Dust clear dm6 all stock minus the Lucky red laser eyes DxS pulse loader all stock but the Recommended Upgrades: If your not to fond of the freak recommend a different barrel. I personally have had my good and bad days with the freak. New trigger if you dont like the stock i personall prefer it. Board upgrade reg maybe Strengths: Its hybrid simple as that. As all componets that the new NXT line carries. Weaknesses: Heavy, bit pricey, colors are limited. Review: Its a all around good marker. It has the pros and cons of a shocker. It can be a gas hog if not set right. Its a bit of the hefty side, making it a turn off for some. I was really dissapointed when hybrid didn't add a 15* vert ASA. More people prefer the SFT version to the NXT. Personally my gun didn't come with the laser engraving from hybrid. But its hybrid and their stuff is good quality. Conclusion: If your into having something not often seen on the field then consider a hybrid nxt. You can still get a stock NXT and have the same performance. Paintball Experience: 1 year Similar Products Used: angels timmies Marker Setup: spyder sonix, rocking frame trinity front block, hybrid feed, redz pepper stik cp drop dead on expansion chamber shooting compressed air Recommended Upgrades: just get a fast hopper and good air tank Strengths: Rips, mows faces, gr8 looks Weaknesses: None Review: This gun is awesome if you want a specialty shocker this is the one to buy. my local proshop got one in and let me test shoot it. we shot a hopper of draxxus hellfire and it shot like a dream. the body looks sick and has diomond looking thigs on it. this has been my favorite gun for a really long time and is the best specialty shocker. the new ''eye logic'' even though i didnt notice any difference probably does something but i didnt notice anything except not 1 chop in 30 degree weather! Conclusion: This gun has it all and iff $1000 bucks comes to your hand then buy this gun hands down, a little pricey but worth every penny,. Great looks,great preformance how can you go wrong? azzkicker Saturday, March 1st, 2008 Period of Product Use: 3 months Paintball Experience: More than 5 years Similar Products Used: invert mini, have tried angel and timmy and cyborg and.......! Marker Setup: hybrid shocker with a 68/45 XSV VLocity and also a freak/A.A. barrel kit! and my backup is invert mini with a Vlocity and 68/45 and freak jr kit. Recommended Upgrades: well mine came with a blackheart board in it so..... id buy an A.A. barrel tip just to have if you play back man or if you decide to jump into the bush. get a fast loader this thing is an animal! Strengths: Simple to clean! shoots ropes, ball on ball i can't believe it! super fast. Weaknesses: Its heavy if you like a lighter setup then maybe consider another gun, Review: This is a cool gun its basically a P.L. shocker and there are many types out there but i like the look of this one and the blackheart board already installed in the gun was key for my purchase. Also it comes with a freak front its the only P.L. shocker that i know of that does( however i may be mistaken) many of the parts on it are awesome not to mention it has a good rep with it being a Hybrid Shocker! Oh ya and now that the prices for shockers have come down its pretty damn affordable now! Conclusion: Its a great gun its uped already, and its a mean gun trust me it shoots real nice! I bought it as an up for my mini and i certainly dont regret it thats for sure but all in all its a bit heavy but really thats the only downfall that i can find. Zerog064 Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007 Period of Product Use: Less than a month Paintball Experience: 4 years Similar Products Used: Most guns out there Marker Setup: Hybrid Traitor Shocker - no accesories are needed on this beast Recommended Upgrades: Maybe trigger, but i personally like the one that come on it Strengths: The BB eyes Looks badass Sounds pretty sweet Nerve Board Weaknesses: Much like the 06 its a little heavy Price Review: So compared to the 06 which i rated a 9, i would bump this one to a 10 just because it has everything you could want in a high end marker. It shoots ropes of paint, accurate, sounds cool and is fairly efficient. So what else do you need besides a half million dollars to buy one. Conclusion: Buy one, it will be the last gun you ever buy.
