2 of 5 were dead from manufacturer. Long Charge time 20 hrs!
Review:
Larger form factor and heavier then typical 9.6v batteries. BARELY fit in my Kingman VS2 with board, occasionally knocks a wire loose and its hard to get out.
Take 20 hours to charge, typical 9v battery testers do not work on these. Offer little to no warning that they're about to die. I'm a rec player, so I'll play 6 hours, shoot a case of paint and they work in my gun, I'll be trying them in my hopper this week.
Out of 5 batteries and 2 chargers, 2 of the batteries were defective on arrival and would not charge in the provided battery chargers. Chargers are VERY slow at charging, 20 hours hurts.
I had a batch of Kingman 9.6v batteries die on me, then wouldnt hold a charge in less then a year. I think I over charged them so I was looking for a cheap 9.6v alternative and these fit the bill being the cheapest I could find (2 batteries and charger for 20 bucks).
Conclusion:
Hate giving a bad review but 2 defective batteries is no fun. Larger form factor impacts how they fit in guns and hoppers. Long Charge life isnt great either. I may keep these batteries but then I will probably want to buy a $30 smart charger so I dont risk over charging them.
