Got this to compleat the look of my 98 Sniper. The M82A1 Mag comes for the A5 as well as the 98 custom paintball markers.
This MAG is verry solid and wont budge once attached to the marker, its installs via 2 screws that replace the stock front grip screw and the middle (trigger guard) body screw.
PROS:
-Amazing looks: The mag add's the added look of a powerfull wepon
-Strong: I have hit this thing off trees, rocks, bunkers and walls and it is still attached and not a scratch on it
-Easy to Install: Useing 2 screws to attach to the marker, the mag can be installed in less then 20 seconds. Once it is one, it will not move.
CONS:
-Heavy: I would say this MAG is around 1.5-2 lbs. Adds a little bulk to the gun as well.
-Must Remove Front Grip: As with most 98 Mags you wont be able to use your front grip. Due to the size and bulk of the mag, it is not a great handle. I recomend useing a handguard or barrel shroud as a grip if you buy this Mag for the 98. Im not sure if the A5 version allows for use in the front grip. |

| Conclusion: |
Good Product. Made by Opsgear so you know its not going to fail on you. I give the mag a 7 because it adds an awsome look to the gun, hides the bottome line and give the feeling of a powerfull wepon. It is also a little on the heavy side and wont allow for use of the front grip, like to pick up finger prints and smuge marks as well....nothing a little windex wont fix. |
