TippmannCCI Tuesday, December 18th, 2007 Period of Product Use: 3 months Paintball Experience: 1 year Marker Setup: Tippmann 20th Anniversary Limited Edition JCS Combat folding stock Ricochet Apache J&J Edge CCI Phantom VSC Strengths: Does as advertised Cheap Easy to install Weaknesses: Havent seen any yet Review: Well as seen in my setup, i use a VCS Phantom, and i use 12 grams. I would often times be in a firefight and suddenly find my 12 gram was nearly out an my shots were going 20 ft max. That really sucked , i would then have to change out the 12 gram and usually my oppenent would move while im fishing for a cartridge, now i can enter a fight knowing if i have enough air. The Phantom has a very consistant output so the reading will be at 800psi for most of te 12 grams life. When you only have 5-10 shots left the reading will drop to 400 psi, that is usually when you either need to change out or get one ready. Conclusion: This gives you valuable information on how much air you have left and is very handy. Its cheap and like all Phantom accessories, easy to install. Very much worth it.
