Knowing that today’s market plays tough, their equipment must also be as tough and take a beating. The body and barrel of the SIM-5™ is fabricated of a high quality aluminum alloy, while the stock, fore-grip, and trigger assembly is made of an extremely tough and virtually indestructible polymer compound. This combination of materials keeps the weight down to scale while remaining durable. No matter how hard you play, your SIM-5™ will play harder for you, and then ask for more.
In the heat of battle, we didn’t want you to be the one stuck on the sidelines or behind a bunker cleaning broken paint out of your barrel. Let’s face it; breaking paintballs is an annoying fact that every marker in the world has. As one of the many considerations we took, the SIM-5™ features the fastest barrel removal of any other marker. Its unique quick release barrel design allows you to remove, clean, reinsert, and secure your barrel in under 5 seconds. It is time saving features like these that make this marker and your team win a battle rather than lose a player.
One of the importance's of any marker’s design is the ability to maintain it. The SIM-5™ once again delivers what you need. Our design team went beyond the call of duty by engineering this marker to be disassembled quickly and easily without special tools or equipment. Thus, this marker brings down the maintenance routine to an enjoyable experience.
Looking for the most realistic and durable marker on the market without the sacrifice of performance or quality has just been made easy. Welcome to the realm of the new player. Welcome to the realm of the SIM-5™.
Product Availability
The Ariakon SIM-5 PRO Elite is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review: Intimidating:
Lets be honest, the aesthetics of the gun are beautiful. It's created to look like a real gun and it does that job extraordinarly. Being that most people, on my field at least, are so stuck on using BT'S, Alpha Black's, or Tippman's, it's relatively uncommon to see many other SIM-5's. This leads other players to be unsuspecting of what it can do.

Distance & Accuracy:
Being that it's a more compact design than other rifles, who people try to stick 18 inch barrels on to look more effecticve, you get the same distance as any other gun without spending so much on "cool" upgrades. Mind you the upgrades are still cool :) Accuracy is what'd you'd expect from Ariakon, flawless anywhere from 300 ft. and below.

Mil-specs:
With it looking like a real gun, it just makes you feel good. It makes you feel more of a real fighter, in a real situation. Often I find myself having to calm down from being too special ops.

Durability:
It's built to last no doubt. You can drop and bang it all you want for a long time without causing any serious damage.

Loud:
It's louder than most other guns, plain and simple. It's not always a bad thing for everyone, but for people who want a more covert approach, it's not impressive.

Ported feedneck:
In my mind, there's no reason why a gun with a ported feedneck should not come included with a replacement 45 degree feedneck. It's ridiculous. Without a replacement, if you're using a standered gravity or electric hopper, balls will have problems being pushed down correctly from the hopper being slanted to one side.

Plastic components:
Features such as the grip, stock, and shroud all are plastic. Plastic decreases the durability and just makes it feel more tacky.
Conclusion: It's a great marker if you're willing to spend the money, won't be disappointed. 9/10
