I bought this harness to allow myself to run a remote. I chose this one in particular because it was cheap and carried 4 pods plus a tank.
The first couple of times that I played with this pack I went out with it fully loaded (20 oz tank and 4 full pods). I found that it was pretty heavy and due to the weight, the strap allowed the whole harness to bounce quite a bit when running which was nothing short of annoying (suspender loops might have helped this). I tried further clamping the strap down only to have the buckle that you loop the velcro strap through turn which allows the strap to loosen up. Also, the strap isn't very wide which I feels adds to why the pack bounces in addition to it being uncomfortable (a wider strap might have cut down on how much it digs into you). After a while I found myself taking the pack fully loaded into the woods and leaving 2-3 pods at my base.
Another thing that I really don't like about this pack is how wide it makes you when you have 4 pods in it. My friends and I play woodsball and I often found my pods catching on brush, trees, etc... this is a result of the pods being held horizontally. Aside from it catching on pretty much anything, it also makes you a wider target to shoot at. As I said above, I eventually started games carrying just a tank and 1 or 2 pods. When I was doing this, I actually turned the whole harness to one side so that the pods were almost centered on my back with the empty pod slots on my left side. It seemed to help cut down how much I got caught on things. It also seemed to help keep the bounce down slightly due to the reduced weight of leaving 2-3 pods out.
I recently was looking at the buckle (see the buckle turning issue above) and saw that it was able to turn because there was a lot of room for the buckle to move around. I had my mom stitch through the excess material to take the play out of this area. I haven't played with it like this yet and I kind of doubt that I will, because the strap is still extremely uncomfortable and I'll probably just buy a different pack.
The one thing that I actually did like about this harness was the rubberized ends on the straps that held the pods in place. They seemed easy to get a hold of when I needed an extra pod of paint. If there was anything else that I liked about this harness, it would be that the flaws in this pack have showed me what to look for in buying my next one.
Conclusion:
For the money you would spend on this harness you could find another one that is comparable in price that does a much better job. I would suggest looking for a harness with a wider strap that keeps the bouncing of the pack to a minumum and has the pods mounted vertically.

Tippmann 98 Custom (Black)
Tippmann Flatline barrel system for M98 Custom
Nitro Duck 47/3000 tank
32 Degrees Remote line
Strengths:
Price (about $20)
Tank and pods fit snugly
Weaknesses:
Not much padding
Remote must be attached AFTER tank is in pack
No suspender hooks
Review:
I have only had this product for a month now, but it doesn't take long to get a feel for it. The "belt" is made almost entirely from Velcro, and is very adjustable. I am not the smallest paintball player, but I find it is made for people with at least a 40 inch waist. this is due to the Velcro "seam" (the seam being where the hard, scratchy hook Velcro stops and the soft loop Velcro begins) is 40 inches from the loop end when the pack is laid flat on the ground. When a person with a smaller waist tries to wear it, you have to tighten it until there is about a foot of extra belt strap hanging from the side of your pack.
The other major drawback is the straps holding the tank in place. It is made up of two straps sewn to the back of the tank pouch, like any other pack. Most packs however, put Velcro on then ends of the straps and leave them loose. The Spyder pack however, has both the ends crossed over to the opposite side [that they started from] and sewn to a pull tab. This means that the only way to have a remote line is to attach it AFTER you place the tank in your pack.
Other than those two drawbacks, it is a decent pack.
Conclusion:
I would recommend this pack to anyone with a budget in mind. It costs about $20, and it is not really worth getting a $50 pack that is only slightly better. I recommend trying on packs before you buy them, and make sure it has everything you need.

Spyder Electra 09
Fasta 18v Hopper
12 in. Stock Barrel
JT Raptor Mask
Hpa Tank
Strengths:
Holds my pods fine, Easy to get to them, Holds an extra tank
Weaknesses:
Wide, When i slid i broke a pod
Review:
This is an overall ok pod pack. You have to be careful when you slide becuase if you slide on your side you may break a pod. It doesn't have padding but i personally dont care. It does what it is supposed to do and i like it.
It is easy to clean and it doesn't have suspender loops but i don't care about that either. It's just your basic old pod pack.
Spyder victor 2
Custom camo 200 round hopper
2 peice aero twist rifled barrel
72/3000 pure energy psi tank
Strengths:
Holds plenty of paintballs, can carry an extra tank on your back.
Weaknesses:
Not the most comfortable, kind of big,
Review:
I got this belt at sports chalet a few months back and so far it has been treating my well, it can carry alot of paint and a extra tank, which I am expecting to use at a scenario game here in Utah! But the bad thing is that it is not the most comfortable belt that you can get, but hey, you get what you pay for. Also the waist is kind of big but that does not bother me to much, I am skinny and this thing will fit well as long as you put it around you waist pretty tight.
Conclusion:
Not bad for a starter belt, but there is always better.
When I first got this pod pack I was quite happy until I tried it on. This pod pack doesn't fit any one that is less than a size 40 belt size. There aren't any suspender straps so the only way it'll fit a "skiny" person your gonna have to try and modify it somehow. If someone does modify it pleas comment what and how you did it so I can do it on mine
Conclusion:
good pod pack for anyone with a 40+ waist size. Don't recommend it for anyone that wants anything fancy, its just the basics.
