Double fan system preventing fogging on your mask. Any mask with one inch clearance will accept the fans.
You can either push the air down (recommended) and swallow it up to prevent fog from appearing. Our fans are very carefully selected for their RPM (rotation per minute) and noise level.
FANZ comes in single or double fan option with different back choices (black, camo green or camo brown).
Product Availability
The FANZ is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review:
I bought this product for when I play woods ball. For woods ball I had a Proto Switch that would fog bad after about 15-20 mins into a game. After buying the FANZ, no more fog, even in the forest in the middle of July , my mask would not fog. I have since upgraded to an E-vents. Even though it has thermal lenses, under the harsh conditions of playing in 90* + heat and humidity, it would only fog slightly the odd time. The Fanz takes care of that too.
Conclusion:
For the money, this is hands down the best fan system you can buy.
No fogging, light wieght, quiet, long battery life

None
Review:
All my masks have the FANZ system now. My main mask has the double FANZ one blowing in and one out works best for me. Nice to have the air flow on the 30 C days. I wear glasses and I never fog up anymore. Good value for the money. Purchased the system on E-Bay and recieved it quick!
Price, dependabiltiy, and installation. FANZ is a quality product.
Weaknesses:
None noted.
Review:
This is a great fan set up. I used it last summer during hot humid days and it worked great. When others were fogging up, I was laying waste to them on the PB field. I can play two or three times on one battery, and we play for 4 to 5 hours. For what you are paying you are getting good value. If you don't want to pay big $$ for a stock fan, then this is the way to go. It is easy to set up on your mask. Easy access to the battery and easy to turn on/off.
Conclusion:
If you live in a area where a fan is necessary, buy this fan set up.
Ok, so as for the noise and wire length, and the battery set up on the mask, no prob! Very quiet! So a 10 there.
FIT: (I uploaded a pic, mine is the one on the red wood table dated 5/18/09)
As you can see from my pic, the hard plastic fan does extend into the foam padding, so I'll give it a 7 for the fit.
FIX:
For a fix to the fit issue, you have to wear the mask loosely, as loosely as possible. To do this I recommend you wear a backward hat so your mask strap rests on top of the bill. This way you don't feel the pressure of the fan pressing into your forehead. When I do this, I can't feel a thing.
HEAT/FOG:
TBD, I haven't tested that yet. I didn't really get it for the fog though, because the thermal profiler lens is already anti-fog. I got it in hopes of the fans providing a slight breeze in the 80-90 degree weather I play in. I'll update the review when I find out how that goes...
OVERALL: Considering there's a workaround for the fit issue, I'll rate this product a 9/10, deducting a point for the fit.
Conclusion:
I would not recommend this product with the V-Force Profiler as there is not 2.5 cm of space before reaching the foam cushion. BUT, if you have a hat to wear under your mask to solve for the fit issue, go for it!

9 out of 10
