Black Shocktech VF Autococker, 12" Full Freak Kit, Palmer Stabilizer, Kapp Reflex Trigger Frame, 12v Revy w/ X-board and Vortex Impeller, Shocktech Medium Drop Forward, 68ci 3000psi Crossfire HPA tank
Recommended Upgrades:
A barrel and a regulator is about all you'll need. You should also get a HPA tank and maybe a drop forward. A motorized Loader is a must for this marker.
Strengths:
This marker is very very accurate. My shots seem to stay on target much better than most of my buddies markers. This is the nicest marker I think I have ever shot. It's light weight and everything moves so smoothly on it. It comes with just about every part Shocktech makes so you know it is well built and built to last.
With the Reflex frame, this thing shoots like a beast. I especially like all of the extras Shocktech has put into this marker. The lock down screws on the cocking rod and the FGP regulator are nice and save you from having to adjust everything before you can play.
Weaknesses:
Only that the cost is kinda high. It took me a long time to save enough for this marker but I think it was totally worth it.
Review:
Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I love being able to outshoot most people and the accuracy is great. Being able to hit what you're aiming at is so nice. I wish I would have bought this marker first.
The Reflex frame is great and allows for some pretty wicked rate of fire. I do not shoot very fast to begin with so every little bit helps, at least for me. Also, the Reflex frame has very nice adjustment features. I love the sear height adjustment. It's so nice not having to fool around with the lug all of the time.
People always want to try it out and ask me questions about. Also, even though I'm not like a pro or anything I usually get picked pretty early for teams all because of my marker. I think that's kinda funny.
Conclusion:
If you want a nice marker that will work rain or shine this is the marker for you. Also, don't let all of the people who say cockers aren't newbie markers get to you. As long as you don't try to rip your marker apart and learn about it from experienced people you will have no problems. This is a great marker and I would recommend it to anyone interested in our sport.

this is a very accurate marker and sexy at that the trigger is great the frame is great its not to big its alittle heave but not serious....
Weaknesses:
well nothing this is one of those markers that have nothing wrong with it
its like an sfl but the body is different everyone says the milling isnt the best but im not in it for the looks im in it for the performance thats how this sport should be... even though i used my friends for a few games im getting one i fell in love with it....
Conclusion:

Spyder E99 Avant, the Autococker blows this gun out of the water. The Autococker shoots straighter and faster.
Marker Setup:
I use a 2004 Autococker with a Worr Games Venturi Bolt and an All American barrel
Recommended Upgrades:
E-blade trigger
Strengths:
It shoots straight, strong, fast and is very light weight
Weaknesses:
Hard to clean
Review:
This is the most amazing gun i have ever used, due to its wide range of upgrades which enable it to take on an angel speed (believe me). As a speedball player on an amateur team i need a gun that is fast at shooting accurate and light weight. This gun fits the bill and i have hit back players square in the goggles from center field. The upgrades for this gun are inexpensive and amazing. So many companies contribute to the upgrades of the autococker because so many pro teams use it. Naughty Dogs, Bushwhacker, and many other teams use this guns because it is so amazing.
Conclusion:
Everything I just said i can't prove, so it is lie as of now. Purchase yourself one of these guns and you will realize what I said is no lie and you will be amazed. Just buy one

Recommended Upgrades:
Dunno wut to recommend... Im gettin e2 tho...
Strengths:

pretty light
consistant (got this coming from spyders so it was GREAT)
Weaknesses:
None that I found except speed hence the e2.
Review:
Well i got this gun at a great price from ebay with a lot of upgrades, i dont know how it would shoot w/o the stuff listed above but hey, mine shoots great. At 150 feet, i was hitting with in a 6 inch spot when i mounted my gun on the deck to make sure i didnt twitch or something. After timing it, it took a while to fire as far as it did before, not sure why but after 2 or 3 times using it out back to just shoot trees, it was back to its normal, supirior self. I've seen high end guns shoot and this 1 is at least as accurate (not as fast) as them including my friends Dm5 with alotta ups.
Conclusion:
IF you can find 1 being sold, get it immediately, might be a bit hard but its way better than anything you could just pick up at a local store.
Shocktech right feed autococker with kapp drop zone drop, crossfire 3000/68ci nitro tank, low pressure air america vigilante reg, shocktech super-fly bolt
Recommended Upgrades:
High end barrel and possibly e-trigger frame
Strengths:
very fast, light, accurate
Weaknesses:
price, no barrel, drop or reg included
Review:
The first time I used this gun i was amazed by how fast you could shoot the shocktech single trigger frame. This gun is extremely hard to short stroke. This gun is incredibly accurate with the 14 inch dye boomstick. I could hit people across the largest fields with one or two shots. This gun is very consistent on the chrono, each shot is only 1-2 fps. different.
Conclusion:
This gun is amazing and if you can afford it the high price tag
shocktech cocker with 2002 internals and superfly bolt
black magic reg
12in cp barrel
Recommended Upgrades:
better regulator
Strengths:
very accurate
high rate of fire
looks nice
Weaknesses:
3-way leaks
Review:
this marker is a very decent marker. The shocktech autococker hasn't broken down on me since i had it (well...only 3 months lol). It is very accurate and can shoot paintballs through heavy brush. It doesn't like cheap paintballs.
timing is a pain with these markers but i messed it up. if you don't mess around with all the knobs you should be fine. and if you do just time it once and it should work for a looooooooooooong time.
Conclusion:
get this! you won't regret it...unless you plan on using it for hunting real animals...then you might have a problem...wait...you might be able to like...load it with a pen or something...it's powerful enough hehe. jk =P
Dark angel (only tested) Dark cocker Black magic cocker
Marker Setup:
Shocktech cocker w/ KAPP 15* adapter Chrome, had to mill it so it would fit a '99 body, System X Gas-Thru grip blue, dye hinge chrome, dye stickies blue,
KAPP F.A.T Ram blue, Palmer Rock Reg w/ blue shocktech rock knob, Bomb 3-way w/ Kapp actuating rod, KAPP Blue pump arm, blue hose kit, ANS lightning bolt, nitro duck mega reg its cradle is annodized blue, KAPP Cocking rod (twisted) Blue, RAT 3:16 valve, KAPP spring set, blue macro line,Boomstick 12in, Richochet 2k blue, and a DYE tank cover blue 68ci.
Recommended Upgrades:
Nothing, just outta preference, i don't need a inline reg, my tank is soooo consistant, +2 -2 on a good run, need a high flow tank and grip/reg, and i can easily out shoot my richochet, which in my last reveiw i meant his revvy that he out shot, my bad :) . Get a lightning bolt, it shot my FPS up about 20 when i switched back to it over my superfly.Boomstick is a must, or a freak, even better would be a Equatin barrel set, tried it, liked it, couldn't affors it at the moment. DYE Hinge is also a must, and a kapp spring set
Strengths:
As i said,
Very accurate
Long range, even for a cocker
Keeps up w/ my friends Bushy w/ 2 times the distance and 3 times the accuracy!
I put on about $300-$400 worth of stuff on it in about a month, whcih it didn't need it but i wanted the stuff
W/ a good air system, it is very very consistant
I got mine custom milled (shark milling, smooth one way, rough the other way)
so it isn't hard to clean, cept when you get hit in the pnuematics, which is for all cockers, unless you have a ugly cover on em'
mine works like a charm, not like my old dark cocker, kinda iffy on that subject, probabally just got a bad one. Quality control on these guns is magnificent!
mine was practically ready out of the boxe, cept for the barrel and air.
Weaknesses:
Every noob at your field won't play against you, even if it is 4 against 1
Everyone wants to touch or hold it
And that it is a little hard to get the timing down, they give it to you timed outta the box but i'd buy a KAPP actuating rod to help you w/ that.
and also angel owners hate you when you gog em' when they fire 16bps and i'm firing 12-13 back at em! yeah, that makes them mad, also the timmy owners aren't too happy either :)
Conclusion:
VERY VERY Good gun! This is my favorite gun in the whole world, but remember this isn't a Noob gun, so if you want your first cocker, don't get this one, get a black magic or something then upgrade to one of these bad boys.
Very nice gun, not a noob gun though, but a great all around cocker
i was using a pmi paranha, with all the upgrades and it was a really good starting point to get into paintballing. it was light compact and quick, but the shocktech autococker was not only lighter, faster, and good for more snap shooting in games it was also able to keep up with just about every electro gun on the field.
Marker Setup:
I am currently shooting a 2001 shocktech autococker rf with gladiator reg, 14" dye boomstick shocktech drop forward, and using 68 3000 max flow tank.
Recommended Upgrades:
i would totaly tell anyone to buy a really good high end eg and good barrel. the rest of the gun come tricked out for ya. :)
Strengths:
the best advantage to this marker is its consistancy. it has amazing range and quick shooting. when other electros do chop paint you'll be plastering them with a barage of paintballs, because this gun almost never cuts a ball in half, and even if it does its a quick easy clean with a squigy or battle swab.
i've tried the elctro's and for me it wasn't my thing i really didn't like the feel or the arch that most elctro's have. with a shocktech autococker you wont be disapointed.
Weaknesses:
the only down side to any autocoker, is you have to maintain and set and check the gun all the time. its a high maintenace marker. were as an angel for example you play with then through it in your gear bad and then play with and through it in your gear bad, the cocker is a little more care intensive. but if the player tkes care of his toy, it'll be able to knock off any player with an electro, buy out shooting in distance and consistancy.
Conclusion:
the gun is really a good buy, for anyone out there who likes the looks of cockers and doesn't enjoy the feel of an electro marker, try the shocktech before you buy it. most people either love them or hate them.
the gun is fast, reliable and amazingly light wiegh for a cocker. you can't go wrong with one of these pretty toys.
barrel and a reg since it doesnt come with one at least mine didnt
Strengths:
Dont change anything on this gun unless you want a hinge trigger.
I get 1,400 shots about from a 68 4500 psi system at 300 psi in the gun
As good as you can get front parts
Looks really nice , a dull grey metal color which some people wont fine too flashy for them
Great internals dont change any of them
Everything is perfectly setup on this gun and shoots VERY accurate
It is not as easy to shot at a electro tigger is but for a autococker it is a very well put together trigger and it one of the best i have seen
Weaknesses:
It does not have a ton of milling done to it and the trigger still is not like a angel shocker matrix etc.
Conclusion:
I paid 700 bucks for mine but that was with a ref discount , its a very good paintgun for the money , it is basicly a SFL without all the milling. If your looking for a top of the line autococker this one is worth a look for sure.
It may no be too flashy but it preforms like any other cocker in the world and cost a few hundered less.
blade with a homemade drop forward on it, a extended blastin bag barrel, and a custom paintjob
Recommended Upgrades:
for the shocktech autococker I suggest a reg (black magic), and a drop forward and thats pretty much it.
Strengths:
the product is outstanding, it is extremly accurate and has a great rate of fire with a very low amount of ball breaks due to the blowback bolt
Weaknesses:
The only bad I can think about is it is heavier than some other guns
Conclusion:
Overall a superb gun well worth the money, very accurate, great rate of fire, a lot of the proffesionals with agree with me on this one. It is a great back player gun due to the distance and accuracy
