Hydro paintballs are formulated to be the ultimate field grade paint. Perfect for high pressure markers as the seam and shell is designed together reducing barrel breaks and increasing breaks on target. Hydro leaves a brilliant mark and the less viscous cleans up easy between games. This paintball consistently performs all year around.

Ok, I never thought I would say it, but JT has probably designed the best field paint ever produced. First is the price, usually found under $40 case. Next the shell, not too thick, not too thin. I haven't thus far had any bounces with this paint. And last but not least is the fill, very thick & bright. The Orange & yellow fills are a bright neon & the blue & white fills are very thick.
Calling this paint a field grade is an understatement. It actualy puts other companies so called tourney paints to shame. Another great feature is the accuracy. I'm currently using a .691 Stiffi barrel & this paint shoots darts. I've used three different batches & the consistancy between them has been the same. Most other paints I've used always differ from batch to batch, not so with the JT Hydro.
Conclusion:
I never thought in a million years that a company that makes the likes of Monster Ball, Blue Streak, & Wild Streak could make a ball this outstanding. Whomever they have formulating their paint now, knows their $#!+..... I recently talked to a JT rep & was told that no expience was spared when designing the Fluid line. I have since become a believer!
I have shot a lot of paint, and do like to try out everything twice. At the beginning, I shot maybe 5 or 6 cases of fluid flawlessly, but after awhile I kept getting more and more boxes with dimples, extremely soft shells, or extremely hard shells. I found them way too inconsistent for my taste. I like a paint with a bright fill, and a brighter shell, as it's easier to see in the air, and when you hit your mark - you know it before they do, fluid doesn't deliver in this area. The shells are silver/purple with a blue fill. (at least the last several boxes I shot of this were) - they were hard to see mid flight, and hits were going unnoticed due to the dullness of the fill.
I guess it really depends on the box. But I don't like the never knowing if they will be good or not, so I've stopped using it.
Conclusion:
It's hit and miss. Sometimes you'll get a good batch, other times you won't. If you get a bad box, chances are - the whole pallet is that way, so be careful!
Bob Long GZ Timmy
.689 CP Barrel
.691 Bob Long Long Shot
VL Egg II w/ Z-board
Crossfire 68cu 3000psi
Recommended Barrels:
its seems to like .690 barrels...
I feel .691 most of the balls go through very smoothly maybe 1 outta every 20 you would need to blow out.
I also feel that .689 could be a little small. I've only tested dropping the balls through for the .689 barrel that I own. Next time I'm on the field I will tell you.
Strengths:
Price, Wonderful Shells (Colors) , Bright Fills
Weaknesses:
None.
Review:
Of all the paint I have used pro, tourney, rec, field, etc... This paint has gone above and beyond. JT Fluid has come up with a type of Field Paint that is affordable and amazing to shoot. Of the 4000 balls I had, not one single ball broke inside my gun (I will try a .689 barrel and rewrite this review if necessary). If you ever come across this paint, BUY IT! It is worth a try!
Conclusion:
Excellent! You will have a wonderful day of paintball if you shoot this.
*Strong Shell
*Thick, bright fill
*Breaks every time
Weaknesses:
*None So Far
Review:
Let me start by saying that JT has outdone themselves with this paint. Flawless seams, no dimples, strong shell that breaks on the person and not in your loader. The fill is insanely thick and bright. Have had someone try to wipe during games and it actually makes it more visible. I only use the aqua fill due to it is extremly bright and thick. The only time that i have had paint break was in the barrel due to my insert being too small. The color of the shell is awsome. The Yellow fill has a silver/green shell, the orange fill has a silver/red shell and the aqua fill has a deep metallic purple/silver shell. The paint is very strong. Wont break in your gun, but will break if dropped from as little as a 3-foot drop. I have never had a bounce and the blue fill always pleases when mowing faces. Fairly cheap at $40 a case and can hardly be called field-grade.
Conclusion:
Recommend to all to try. Extremely accurate, breaks everytime, bright fill and strong but not too strong shell. The only paint i use when not playing tourney. Get a case and you wont use anything else!

Strong but brittle.
Reliable
Weaknesses:

Review:
I have been using these paintballs for some time now and only about 4 in 10,000 broke,
They are perfect for any gun because they will not break in your hopper or barell, they are strong and dont break when they are in your gun.
When they are shot they splat great and leave a bright green mark.
They break if you drop them from 2 meters { most paintballs you have to throw quite hard for them to break}
The price is great for the quality they have.
Conclusion:
If you see these paintballs amongst others and you are not sure wich ones to buy....BUY THEM!
They are great!

Review:
We bought a 3 cases of these this weekend because of the reviews that had been posted on this page. BIG mistake. We used all three guns and had nothing but trouble. The first 2-3 balls would come out like arrows, then barrel break. Couldn't get more than maybe 4 in a row to come out before one would break. Then when we went to reload from our pods. Broken balls in the pods. Broken balls in the hoppers. The balls broke everywhere. Trust me there is much better paint out there for the same price. Another person that was out there was using a low pressure system and was using the same balls out of the same cases and ran beautiful all day.
Conclusion:
If you are running a low pressure system and want good paint with good fill then by all means try it. If not, STAY AWAY from it.
