Credit to Ben Tippmann for being one of the First comanies to come out with molle gear (finally). I was an idiot and bought one that was too big for me. Anyways the vest has padding in it that makes it comfortable for all day wear. Downside is you don't feel the hits and the cheating accusations start flying. Also now this may have been because I didn't break it in but it seemed stiff and almost boardlike at time .
Conclusion:
Get it but get it in the Right size. A T-shirt size L is the same as the M/L, everything bigger get the bigger one.
