Review:
I haven't gotten a chance to put them on the field yet but this goggle system feels a whole lot better to me. The foam is really comfortable andit's thicker so you won't get a lot of air from your breath in there to fog it up. With the 270 degree vision, it's just about as unrestricted as anyone could ever want. The only downsides I see, is that the forehead visor comes to about the middle of my forehead so if I get any grazes it's probably going to suck and if I'm looking up there's enough room in between the visor that a ball could possibly sneak inthere and hit me right above the eyes but it will protect your eyes, ears, mouth just fine the forehead part is more of a preference. I took these things and hopped into my car with the heat on till I was sweating pretty hard and I breathed hard to simulate running fatigue and I wasnt fogging at all but I'll still consider finding thermals for the thing. Overall I think this is a pretty good set for 30$. Plus it looks to be fairly easy to replace the lens so no yanking on the mask till you break it apart to install a new lens.
If they made the JT Elite Headshield this comfortable, with the ability to change lenses this fast and keep the view radius I'd definatly go back butI like to be able to see everything so the Carnivore is where it's at right now.
Conclusion:
Appears sturdy and has a great view area. Comfortable and much more affordable then a set of Grills or something. Only bug I see is that you might takesome grazes to the forehead. Probable eliminate that if you were a kid or something.
