This is not me ranting in a ticked off manner... these are just the facts of my experience with Animal Paintball.
I ordered my jersey on June 3rd 2008. The artwork was accepted on June 6th. I emailed them on the status of my Jersey on June 30th. I got this reply:
"It printed on the 24th so it will be shippping out any day now. THnxmondo."
The jersey arrived on 04July. The graphic artist left out my teams name on the jersey. I called them and they told me i had to send it back. I sent it back the same day: 04July.
I called them on 23July to find the status and the guy (don't know his name) said "yeah, i have it right here, l'll print it up and we'll send it to you today."
It is now 05Aug and i do not have my jersey. I'm not sure if they do this a lot or if they're just lazy, but why do they wait until you call/email them to do the work? They shipped it 6 days after it was printed!
Conclusion: Don't get me wrong, the jersey looked great... with good solid printing and my logo looking just as good (minus my team's name), but they really need to work on the timeliness of their work (I paid $75 for this thing!). I'll update this review when i recieve the jersey.
Conclusion:
Animal paintball is very slow to get your work done and shipped to you, so make sure you have time before a tournament to receive your jersey.
*UPDATE*
I received the jersey on 08Aug and even though I'm in hate with their slowness, the jersey looks friggin awesome and fits so comfortably. Come on AnimalPaintball! get your act together! you have so much potential!!!

Our team placed an order for semi-custom jersey's and I went through 4 proofs to finally get acceptable results. Their was a $10 charge fee after the third proof. Thier should have been no fee considering it cost $400 total when it said $300 on thier site but shipping and getting padding in the jerseys add's $100. I find animal paintball to be expensive and not worth the expeirence. after about two months of communicating my jerseys finally shipped out and I am yet to recieve them because they checked signature confirmation and no one is home to get them. Animal paintball is expensive and not worth the time in my opinion.
Conclusion:
Do not use animal paintball if you want your jerseys withing a month and done properly and don't want to spend a lot.
Let me start with this, I originally was working with Eye to Eye(based on a rec. from this site) that was a nightmare(story for another review) I sent in a request to Mondo on the monday after ION 09, I had a response Tuesday morning. All my graphics and ideas went to them that week. It took some time for me to gather everyones dough so the design process did not start right away(my bad) Once it started though, Frank was fantastic to deal with. He was the only one working in the design dept., so I know he was under some pressure. He was very patient with me and my changes and tweaks. I know this is what took so long to actually get them, but my feeling was, better not to rush through and get something that i dont like or settled for. So we took our time and in the end, the results are FANTASTIC.
Conclusion:
the jersey looks exactly the way i envisioned, they fit incredibly well, durabilty remains to be seen, the head rags look and feel great too.
Thanks to Frank at Animal Paintball we were turning heads at Skirmish this weekend.
