The lightest Marq to date has been re-equipped and re-priced for 2009! Our Closer EXP’s new price tag will help you own now and upgrade over time. Downgrade? Not exactly. EXP’s come laced up with Proficiency Valving which is the future of Marq Performance. Imagine that long accurate shot which made the Marq famous, coupled with a 1700+ shot count from a 68ci 4500psi air source. Other factory goodies include our Exclusive Tadao Ryujin board and the classic dual bearing trigger.

Dream of the best upgrades because the Closer is quite expandable. Step it up with 4C® System Enhancing Eyes capable of ramping upwards of 28 BPS. Gear Drive? Cam Drive? Which ASA / Drop combo works for you? Top off your Closer EXP with a Leverlock Feedneck and a Two Piece Barrel System for the ultimate in tournament level preparedness.
Product Availability
The Bob Long Closer EXP is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review: OK so i purchesd this product from a local proshop on boxing day for 700+ fees Canadian. It was an amazing deal. He says its the last one he has and its lime green. I open the box a few days later and the beauty of this gun is amazing. the lines are so smooth the trigger is nice and snappy, it feels a thousand times better than my friends 08 ego trigger. The trigger is a little wired to get used to but after that its so beautifully smooth.

Shooting it.
so i went to play on my usual wednsday night. aired this thisn up and it shoots ropes, i chronyed(sp) it at 18 bps in semi right out of the box without warming up my fingers. The paint we were usunwas low grade stingers and they we dimples really bad and this gun shot perfectly straight. the pillow bolt in the gun is amazing and really helps alot.
Conclusion: All in all its not a Gun that you should look down upon. in fact its better than most egos, luxes, or dms, its not rediculously expensive but outperforms most guns that cost 500+ more. if you buy this gun a gareuntee you cannot go wrong

Review: Its an impressive little gun for the price. The high end Marq Performance without the price tag.

Im not going to lie to you. The accuracy, rate of fire is about the same as all the other high end spool valves on the market today. You do need tools to remove one screw for maintenance. It kicks less than the 09 Geos Ive shot. Dont know about the 10s and the victory feels nicer in my hands. The board is simple enough to be programmed without any hassle.

Not a lot of upgrade on this gun. I question if the 4eye is really worth it. At some point youll want an on/off for the gun. It come stock with the Proficiency Valve which can be upgraded to the supercharger. The barrel is a .691 14 (made by CP).

My only real gripe is the Finish. They left some of the tooling marks! The center of the grips on my gun pops outwards, slightly making the grips feel loose when theyre not. Some people hate the stock trigger so keep that in mine if you buy.
Conclusion: If you can live without all the fancy do-dads, programmable boot screens, hype, obsessive advertising and want to save almost $300 get a closer exp. Youre basically $150 of upgrades away from having a victory with a cheaper body, Come on its a bob long he made the timmy despite the finish I give it a 10.
