68/45 Carbon fiber tank
Halo B w/ rip drive and v 35 board
Tippmann a5
Tippmann 14" sniper barrel
Guerilla 42/30 HPA tank
Recommended Barrels:
.691 or higher
Strengths:
Good fill
Fly straight
Weaknesses:
Dont break too often
Review:
These balls are decent. I got them at Dicks for $45.
Shell:
They have a camo shell which I personally dont like because I liek to see the paint I shoot, but others may like it when the paint cant be seen.
Fill:
They have a pretty nice, thick, fill. Mine was orange I'm not sure if thats the only color fill
Shape:
Almost every ball was round which makes sense for paint this expensive.
Break:
These balls don break in your gun often, only once for me, but they didnt break on the opponents. The ball would break about 60% of the time on someone I'd say
Conclusion:
Its decent paint, but for $45 bucks I'd say get visible impact and save $7.
Tippmann 98 Custom with Flatline
US Army Alpha Black with E-Trigger (sometimes w/Platinum Flatline)
Recommended Barrels:
Flatline
Strengths:
Strong shell, camo colored, perfectly round with no dents.
Weaknesses:
Too hard, sometimes they won't break when they hit soft clothes.
Review:
These are a good paintball for rec. They work very well with the Flatline system, enabling anyone with that type of barrel to fire fast and accuratly. I have used these paintballs for over a year, and in firing close to twenty thousand of them, I have had less than five break in my two guns that I have Flatline barrels on. They are better for the smaller bore barrels, but will work well enough with large sized. They are also a steal at $40 for 2000.
Conclusion:
I recommend this product to anyone who needs a smaller, hard shelled paintball. The price is on the low end and the quality is very good.
Well, I guess its obvious that I shop at Dick's, huh? When they stopped selling my usual paint, I thought that I may be in trouble. I like a general use paint that works in different barrels well, not a brand for my flatline, a brand for my apex, etc. So after many different brands, I tried this one.The first thing I noticed when I opened the bag was the SMELL! Whew boy, they smell like fish! Next, the shells were nice and firm with almost no visible seam, and the camo pattern is cool. These fired well in all my barrels, and are very consistent. It is easy to group a bunch of shots together. The fill is of medium thickness, and a good bright yellow color. I don't have to worry about ball breaks in the barrel with this paint
Conclusion:
I will continue to buy this paint, as it gives me no problems
