The Rocket Performance Products 2nd Generation Barrels are older, so while they may be available used and in a few cases new, they are not commonly available anymore.

Strengths:
This barrel shoots everything good, All sizes of paint. The accuracy does seem to go up w/ velocity! Unique Looks. Very light. Craig (the maker) will hook you up. If you do break a ball about 3 shots and your up and running again! Extremely Quiet!
Weaknesses:
The design of the recessed tiny ports tend to hold paint and be a pain in the arse to clean out (get out your Q-tips). I don't like the ugly tip at the end (but it does grow on you, and the Gen 3 has got rid of this, but it also got rid of the ports!) Hux doesn't offer them in chrome or nickel (At least they used to not....they might now).
Conclusion:
I love this barrel. IT is more accurate than my DYE stainless. The design is a little busy cosmetically, but it grows on you! This barrel shoots straight and long. I currently have a gen 1 barrel, which I think shoots farther because of the spiral ports, the Gen 2 is slightly more accurate. This thing cleans out fast as well. The cost is worth it, although I got mine a "little" because I was playin on Craig's team and we were sponsored by the Rocket as well as Craigs store. You'll love this barrel. The only thing I would recommend they change is the tip of the barrel (which they did in Gen 3's) I would like to see it have a tip just like the DYE's ....that would be an awesome looking barrel! I've used the Gen 2 on my cocker and loved it. You don't really need multiple barrels to get a good barrel to paint match because for some reason this thing works on them all! Give the fat man a call and you'll be happy.......tell him Tanner sent you!
