No other pant designed specifically for paintball use
Marker Setup:
2k autococker WGP hinge, CP one piece. PTP warp feed
Strengths:
I tend to slide in on my rear more than my knees and getting my pants caught on something and my pants ripping to display my choice of boxers for the day was embarrassing. Good word to use eh? Anyways, when I first got the yellow and blacks I was dissappointed at seeing the "reinforced material" which looks similair to parachute pants. Not that I worry about being given away by that aweful swish swish but it gets annoying. After thorough testing (running around the house, mock-stalking, and sliding into sofa bunkers) I was happy to discover no swishing!
Weaknesses:
They seemed to run a little big but with the redz belt my pants won't be dropping.
Conclusion:
I searched for a month for pants with color to go with my color scheme and was getting desperate. I'd told myself I;d go with whatever I found and was quite surprised when I liked these pants. Strong and light they will likely hold up well unless I leap into a barbed wire fence or slash them with a knife. Both of which I don't see myself doing in the near future. I recommend these to anyone looking for a good pant.
stok impulse, and an older cocker (99) with bunch of stuff.
Strengths:
They are awesome. I got mine off www.smartparts.com for $45 and they offer a wide selection of colors. I am a smaller player about 5'4 and finding paintball pants is normally hard for me, but these are perfect. They are a little big, but hey thats what i get for being small. Also they are comfortable and made of lightweight yet durable material.
Weaknesses:
the squegee holders could have been smaller, i bend my battle swab when i put it in because otherwise it would fall out. But it is probobly supposed to be like that. Just a personal preference of mine. Doesnt really matter.
Conclusion:
Good pants. Just as good as any JTs for a cheaper price.
They work great for awhile, good for sliding. Come in whatever color you want (unless its hot pink but nevermind that).
Weaknesses:
The material that is 'extra durable' only covers about 6 inches above and six inches below the knee. I've had a pair for a month and a half, and the bottom below the knee on the left leg has completely come off due to wear from sliding. They didn't hold up as well as i would have liked.
Conclusion:
I didnt get my moneys worth before they went to crap.
Hey everyone! I was the one who suggested this product b/c I believe they are great! Very comfortable and durable. Call smart parts and you can get better colors. I got the black with blue rip stop knees
Weaknesses:
Nothing
Conclusion:
Is it comfortable to wear? Yes
Is it worth how much it costs? Yes
How does it compare to clothing like it? It is way better and cheaper than the newest and expensive Jt's(the pro series)
Would you reccommend it to someone? Yes
