Products Used:
spyder espirit
Marker Setup: The 800 is my only gun now. i sold my zxs 400 to ikoran. he's good with it.
Recommended
Upgrades:
a zap mach 404 hopper. because without a e-hopper the ball might drop when the bolt moves forward and it will chop the ball. i hate that.
Strengths: Speed
accuracy
hardly ever double feeds or chops balls
realy easy to field strip
Weaknesses: nothing realy, except it can get hard to manuver but you get used to it.
Review: this is a great gun. it shoots fast, and is has great accuracy. there is even a handy little guage that tells you your psi. people say that it feels cheap, but they dont know what they are talking about. this is probably the best gun i have ever used in th sport of paintballing. i advise everyone to try this or any other zxs gun. i haven't tried the new zap amp guns. if anyone has tried them, post a comment on my review and tell me how they are. ikoran is getting one. maybe
Conclusion: I think this is a good gun, i advise anyone interested in the sport of paintballing to give this gun a try. believe me it is worth the extra dollars.

nothing.
Strengths: everything! its awesome, its dead on aim, and a dang fast gun.
Weaknesses: Nothing, it shoots far, and pretty hard,
Review: its really fast, and scary, i was against it, and the guy was on semi. and shooting like he was on fully.............. it hurt when i got hit with it lol. then we had some fun times with our guns just shooting birds and stuff like that, if was easy to hit em with this.
Conclusion: just a dang good gun, if you have the chance to buy it, buy it fast, its one of the best guns in the low price range, its the best unless you wanna spend over 600 dollars or so. it is worth the money

Paintball
Experience:
More than 5 years
Marker Setup: 8 guns...i dont feel like listing the upgrades

1: un-usable Xmag
2: old automag RT
3: shocker 4x4 side feed
4: 98c w/ RT
5: 2003 autococker w/ dye frame

Upgrades:
a new barrel.
a better solenoid (yes it has a solenoid and it is NOT a hybrid blowback)
Strengths: -can be fast if you fan the trigger right.
-extremely inexpensive.
-looks very nice and is available in many colors.
-mouse click trigger pull.
-light weight.
-very few moving parts.
-easy to field strip.

Weaknesses: -not so easy to menuver around bunkers
- the vert feed is too tall
-the trigger is a mouse click BUT it is prertty hard to pull compared to other e-markers.
-not so popular...people make fun of you for having one...ignore them because they are ignorant.
-it has a cheap feeling to it but you get used to it after a while.
-its not free.
-the finish is sorta dull since there is no milling.

this is a very nice gun, i recomend it for a player moving up from a spyder or rebel.
and its a refreshing change that it is electro pneumatic
Conclusion: i like it. though it feels sorta cheap it is a very nice gun and deserves a 8 since ZAP could have done better

Paintball
Experience:
2 years
Marker Setup: Tippmann 98 Custom, reactive trigger, 14" one piece CP barrel, GTA inline expansion chamber, 12 volt revy, Tippmann double trigger, Rocket cock, custom slipknot paint job done by yours truely.

And a stock spyder flash thats only about a month old
Recommended
Upgrades:
-barrel, stock barrels always suck more than the aftermarket barrels
-uncomfterble grip, not sure if you can fix it or not
Strengths: Zap isn't exactly known for their good paintball products, but they put an honest effort in fixing the downsides to the 600E. The cheap feeling is back though, but at least it isn't near as bad.

When i took it out the incosistency was much better, but the leaks were back so any inconsistency might have been from the minor co2 leaks. Maybe i just tried out a defective gun, it happens.
Weaknesses: Double feeding killed me, it seemed the rear bolt wasn't catching the sear forcing it to double feed, but that can usually be cured with a new spring kit.

The leaking problems were back, but i fixed that easily, and all it really took was teflon tape.

The gun just feels cheap just like the 600E, but thats my opinion. The grip is still uncomfortable, and the balence isn't there, which makes me loose a lot of respect for this gun. I would say for the price its a nice gun, but its overpriced and not that much better than the 600E, which in my opinion aint good.
Conclusion: I think you would benefit a lot more by getting a flash, or an Xtra and upgrading it. Just don't get a tippmann, they suck horribly up untill you spend $300 on upgrades. in all honesty, zap products suck, even though they are still a few steps up from brass eagle, they need some drastic improving. I'd stick with a more reliable company, especially when your wanting to buy a high end gun.

I'll give it a seven because zap did what they tried to do, which it make a gun better than the 600E, but the price doubled which defeated their purpose of creating a reliable high end gun for less money.
