The only strength that this barrel plug has is that it is bright yellow.
Weaknesses:
Pure Plastic no O-rings and scrapes of into your barrel.

When I got my first marker it was a Spyder TL and it needed lots of work, but hey for 5 dollars at a yard sale. It came with the Brass Eagle Barrel Plug. At first I was great one less thing I have to get. I got the marker up and running for less than I thought and it was sweet. I was at a local field and had put my Brass Eagle Barrel Plug in my Barrel as i was heading to the field and the ref had asked me about my plug. I looked down and it was gone?? It had fallen out. I tried to put it back in and I literally had to ram it into my barrel. It finally got in and I played hard. Later that evening I was stripping my marker for cleaning and was looking closely at this plug. It was nothing but plastic and was scraping in my barrel. I said the hell with this. I finally went to a PMI. It cost only a 1.50. It is way better. I can't say it's the best as I haven't tried that many, but it has extra grip O-rings and unlike the Brass Eagle it doesn't pop out when the gun is fired. I would give it a one if it wasn't for the bright yellow for safety it comes in.
Conclusion:
The Brass Eagle Barrel Plug is not even worth a dime. If you have one get rid of it, it's only a matter of time before it gets you in trouble. I you want one, put down your marker and walk away.

Being it doesn't have O-rings, It would seem that the plug would just pop out. Not really, Its kinda cone shaped, so you gotta jam it in a bit and you gotta tug on it to get it off. I shot once with the plug in, stayed nice and easy, but paint did splatter threw the holes in the barrel. Safty devices are required at most places, and this works, I got mine for 25 cents, and it works as if it was more.
Conclusion:
It works, It sticks out, its Brass Eagle. Get it or Dont, your choice. It works and thats all I care about.
The only reason why people bag on tis plug is cause its brass egal if angle or spyder bought brass eagel and made the same plug you would say its awsome it works great but unless bras eagel secretly creats a new company you are going to bag on it. So just dont post unless you say something unbiased.

It is a good product buy it if you dont have a plug

A BARREL PLUG IS A BARREL PLUG you would go supin it up or anything you wouldnt go out and buy an ellectric one this is the only thing in paintball you can go out looking for the absolute cheapest amount because it will work and this barrel usually comes with the gun so its free! it stays in also! i mean at a field a kid had a brass eagle barrel plug full co2 and a velocity of like 300 and shot his gun(because he was a dumbcrap and getting annoying, the hole day he broke the rules and actully takes off his mask during play on the field good thing he wasnt with my group) but that story to tell you this well he shot it with the barrel plug in and ofcourse the paintbal broke in the barre; because the plug naver came out,
im not saying u should always get the brass eagle barrel plugs imsaying save ur money if there is sumthin cheaper get that!!!!

its a barrel plug it will plug up ur barrel and if anyone makes a big deal over you have to butyy this they probley work for brass eagle because a barrel plug is a barrel plug and they give them away at my local store they just have a tub that if u need 1 u walk in and take it. im not saying 5 because its the worse im saying its usual there isnt ne reason you should buy this over any uther1
i got one of theese with my first gun a long time ago ..it was a crap gun .. so naturally it came with crap accsesories.... it never worked, only good for a projectile...only noobs would say this is good... get a barrel condom and dont worry bout shooting ppl in the eye when ur at ur local field
