One of our most popular sellers, Competitive Edge is the perfect ball for players on all levels. A same shell, same fill color scheme and a far flying, clearly marking paint makes Competitive Edge a great choice for any player.
The DraXxuS Competitive Edge Paintballs are older, so they are not commonly available anymore.
ballistic double trigger(aluminum)
pro team power feed
pro team hyperstar bolt
and thats all u really need to know i got more but they don't really affect proformence
.. any multi bore barrels
shells are kinda.. how u say..rubbery?
these paintballs go are the cheapest paintballs i've seen that are good for rec ball.... they're cheap, they're consistant(well kinda... there are a few oddballs(no pun intended)..but they work good just sort them out b4 u head to the field....the box was plain white when i get them but it doens't matter you shouldn't judge a book by its cover... i've used these in many scenario games and they're good for what you pay.. its not evil but at least its cheap.. the fill isn't so great ether but its still nice...
this is great for its price but remember the ratting doesn't rank the product .. it just tells you what your getting for your money... well at least in my opinion...well this paint is cheap... its consistant and did i say cheap?? i give it an 8 because of the reasons listed above....
Afterburners- I didn't notice much difference between the two.
JT 5.0 stock for now.
Not very consistent.
Easy to wipe
I have used these a couple of times out playing in the woods. They are certainly good enough for recreational play, but I will probably get some Big Ball when I play next. The shells struck me as being rather low quality, and several that I saw were oval in appearance. The paint did break well on targets, but unfortunately didn't leave a real good easy to see marking. It seemed to be mostly water and just sort of made the clothing look dark. Overall they shot pretty well, and locally I can get a box for $37 so the price is right.
For rec ball or out having fun with your friend this is a ecent prouct especially for the price. If you are going to be doing anything else, go with a higher quality paint.

Breaks in hopper
Tons of barrel breaks
This paint is the cheapest I've seen on the market so far, at $25 plus tax a case. For roughly $28, you can purchase this at my local pro shop and get some practice shots in. The shell was very brittle, so there wasn't any shots bouncing.
I used this paint for the first time at a field that allowed us to BYOP. This is the classic, "you get what you pay for" situation, where the paint was just unbearable to play. We were getting tons of barrel breaks on Cockers, TL-Xs, and Xtras. Hopper breaks were also not un-common with this paint.
We were playing in in the 40's with snow on the ground, and the paint may have been sitting at the store for a while. Came in a white box, green shell, green fill. Compairing this paint to Spank and Blaze, it had a much more brittle shell, no bounce, and oval in shape.
It seems like I had a bad experience with this paint, and its not exactly as everyone else have said, with a thick shell. What I found was that it was a relatively thin, brittle shell that caused a lot of barrel and hopper breaks. The only thing worse than barrel breaks, is breaks in the hopper. I wouldn't recommend this, even for backyard shooting.

Impy, vision blue ano, 5 inch equillezer bolt, blade triggger, NEW DEZignz valve Fraek kit, hp 4500 68cu
crappy shell, very soft, has more dents than a golfball $65 dollars a case
I shot this at local field and this stuff was crap. It had a lot of defects. This is the first time I have shot this paticular paint but when i bore sized it it was a .892 then with a second ball it was a ..695 so either it has been sitting for awile or this stuff sucks. Maybe its better when someone keeps it in good stock.
buy other paint that is cheaper and better quality. Buy Evil its the same price and with this stuff the competive edge that is given is for the other team cause you can't hit anything with this stuff

OK we had a tournament last weekend (FPO) and this is the paint they sold. At the beginning of the day, we heard the paint sold was going to be Diablo. I thought to myself "Diablo, well its good paint".
Unfortunately, this paint didnt perform up to my expectations. It was bouncing off the targets (when it actually hit the targets, most of the time if it broke it broke in the barrel) and I just didnt like it. My friends and I have agreed that we will never shoot this stuff again. It smells, doesnt fly straight, and it breaks in barrel, not on target. Dont shoot this paint, shoot the better Diablo paints, like Blaze or Midnight. If you really want a treat, shoot Evil.
I wouldnt recommend this product to anyone, I personally think the field owner should have paid us $55 to shoot this stuff
