Tippmann 98c with RT, 12v hopper w\xboard, 20 in stone cold, 14 in Gta, Boar rear cocker (The good one) Exp Chamber. Star fire bolt.
Recommended Paintballs:
Just about any.
Strengths:
Shoots where you aim.
Quiet
Scares people
Distance
Weaknesses:
Hard to find
Little long at first
Review:
If you can find one of these barrels get it, it rocks on a tippmann. Everytime I find one on Ebay I try to buy it cause all my friends with tippmanns love mine. It shoots straighter than any barrel Ive tried. Not as far as the flatline but much straighter.
Em1(black),12volt revy.,68ci 4500 CrossFire,remote,12 inch Otp Premium
Recommended Paintballs:
I would reccommend proball because every other paint including the good paint sux with this barrle even JT Maximum
Strengths:
Get awsome range
Works good in the cold
looks cool
comes in many differnt inches
Quiet
Accurate
Weaknesses:
Takes only two kinds of paint
Breaks ballz alot
hard to sqeegie
sucks with good paint like Rpscher
the boar is small
Conclusion:
The boar size of this barrle should be medium not only small and it should have had a little more effort in it I am not saying taso is a lazy company like brass eagle there good and all I just think that this one barrle should be a little better I think they should make a stone cold III and even though some of you players out there wish that Brass Eagle would go out of business but paintaball really wouldnt be the same with out it I guess thats the reason why Brass Eagle stays in business or noobs keep buying there products
It makes my automag look damn long n scary. dat's about it.....well u can beat ppl with it, it doesn't dent dat much :)
Weaknesses:
ball busts like crazy! I spent most of my time on teh field cleaning the $hit outa the barrel than actually playing. Standard balls definitely dun work with this barrel (which kinda sux since i have to pay more to get small boar paintballs, plus there's not a store where i live that sells small boar. Rite now im using it more to beat ppl with rather than shoot balls outa it.
Conclusion:
i dun understand y they can't make this barrel to use .68s. Instead of using it to snipe or even shoot long-range, I'm using it more either to smack ppl in teh head or as a shotgun barrel (ball busts inside = spray paint ).
Standard Barrel that came with my Spyder SE but alot smaller.
Marker Setup:
Spyder SE with Boo-yaah ELCD, 9vlt clear revolution, standard 20oz Co2 and I have another barrel which is a Taso Stone Cold II 20'' barrel
Recommended Paintballs:
Proball and Diablo
Strengths:
Looks good but not on my gun. Would look good on any gun with lots of silver and black parts. It would look awesome on a Black Spyder Shutter. It scares some kids at local fields when they see this huge barrel. It's totally quiet when u shoot it.
Weaknesses:
Does nothing for accuracy. Just too bulky. Pain to clean when u break a ball. When u point the gun down the barrel is only centimeters from touching the ground w/ the plug in.
Conclusion:
Good barrel. If your thinking the longer the barrel the better and accuracy , that is not true. I think the longer the barrel the more gas you waste. A 14 or 12 inch would be good.
