Review: I have been using this gun since about July of last year. Out of the box, this gun ripped. Unfortunately, at my first tourney with this, I couldnt get it to stop bouncing. I had the old 110 frenzy board in it. As soon as tadao released their board, that went right in, and no more bounce. I have no experience with the later boards, so I cant speak on if they fixed the bouncing problem or not. I had the DB on 45, and it still bounced.
Once that problem was fixed, I had no further bad experiences with this, until last weekend. My battery plug became separated, and was irreparable at the field. I wasnt rough with the thing, it just broke. I am hoping this is a one time deal though.
Other than those two deficiencies, I highly recommend this gun. Bob has yet to upgrade his manual, but the inner workings are fairly intuitive. With a good barrel, Halo, and good paint, this thing flat out rips.
Conclusion: If you're looking to spend alot of cash on a gun, it pretty much comes down to what you want. If you're looking into a Timmy, definitely go with this one. The only downside is the board. Again, I had the original 110 board, and they may have corrected the bounce problems since then. Othervthan that and the manual, I havent had any problems with this thing at all. I highly recommend it. Gave it an 8, as the manual sucks, and my board was crappy.
