Upgrades:
Barrel, Drop Forward (If you like that stuff), hopper but it doesnt have to be too fast just up to 16bps.
Strengths: Cheap, cool color, not too visible, mostly quiet
Weaknesses: Not enought words to discribe it! In body.
Review: Ok I just bought this gun and i had my friend over so that we could test it and it seamed to be shooting great. then a few days later we went out to our field and started playing. about half an hour into the day the bolts all over the gun were coming loose, the gun was acting like it was out of air and constantly shooting, it would shoot by its self even when it was turned off and also when the safety was on. we took it up to the house and my friend did a toon up job on it and cleaned all the crap that was in it out.
This gun is terrible out of the box and if you dont upgrade the spring kit it will shoot way too fast. other problem is that the grip screws bearly hold it on and the grips themselves are terrible. this gun is about the same as a viewloader but its electronic but i would still take my broken viewloader over this thing because at least it wont need tooned up as often!!!!! Hint to those who are looking at this gun, its not for beginners cuz it takes high maintnance, its not for intermediates cuz it breaks down too much, and its not for pros cuz it just all around sucks @$$!!!!!!!!!!
Conclusion: O and another reason not to buy this. the Support line is always bussy and the website doesnt exhist!!!!!!!!!! at least it wouldnt work the 15 times we tried it.

Upgrades:
Better trigger but the stock trigger is still awesome.
Strengths: Its good for an intermediate player.
Fast.
Awesome.
Good price.
Weaknesses: Trigger
Loudness
Review: Before this gun i had a spyder. this gun is way better than that. The paint finish is awesome and i got it for a good price. This gun is pretty fast for 16 bps. I suggest that you get a faster hopper because when i first got it all i had was a gravity hopper and it wouldn't feed fast enough on semi.
Conclusion: Its a good gun.

I wouldn't reccomend any upgrades to be truthfull.
Strengths: The Fade
Weaknesses: Heavy Pull
Misfit Parts
Review: What can be said about this marker? It's aptly named. The parts don't fit all that well, the trigger pull is ridiculously heavy, the foregrip is a volumizer, etc.

Syndicate's main success in making this marker was the fade and milling. This thing definately looks nice, but as far as function goes, it's lacking.

It's decently accurate, but it lacks real consistancy due to a volumizer instead of reg.

About the parts :
Out of the box, no marker should require this much tinkering. Turns out this one does. The parts just don't fit together all that well. Not the quality control you'd be hoping for. Another mistake on Syndicate's part was putting a stock Impulse feed tube on it. Not a great idea, there's a reason it was abandoned later on. Expect a little difficulty with the misfit lubrication hungry aluminum bolt. If your marker isn't firing, it could be a result of this.

About the trigger : Even with adjustments, it's just too hard to shoot fast with this marker. The switch is heavy, and the guard is small. Not the ROF fire improvement you'd hope for from an electro.
Conclusion: It's not really worth buying. It looks cooler than a Spyder, but you're better off with a Spyder or Dragun anyway.

JT 3.5 E - Cheaply made, but about the same quality as the misfit.
Spyder TL-X - Even though not an electro, its more accurate and doesnt chop as much as the misfit.
Marker Setup: TL-X
200 rd hopper
Stock everything
Soon to get:
empire reloader 2
ipi 3.0 trigger frame
Recommended
Upgrades:
New barrel - the stock one is junk, a progressive improves the accuracy by a little.
bolt - from my friends description, its a venturi bolt. if you get rid of the venturi it actually uses less gas.
Strengths: Looks
Price
Weaknesses: Accuracy
Reliability
Chops
Review: I guess I'll start off with the good first.
This marker looks sweet. I mean, the color fade is awesome, the milling is awesome, etc. Also, its very nicely priced at about 170 dollars new on Ebay.
Well, there are some performance issues.
I use a Spyder TL-X, and I just asked my friend to borrow his Misfit. I used it for 3-5 games and I cant stand how innacurate it is. The balls generally stay on target. But sometimes it fires 2 balls at once and they are crazy. This doesnt just happen once or twice. It happend more than 20 times for me.
This marker also chops alot. When I used this marker I used Draxxus Blaze paint. This paint shot fine through my marker, and my friends JT 3.5E. Once you started to chop on the misfit, it would not stop. It kept on doing this. My friend would disagree with this, but he doesnt shoot as much paint as I did, or as fast. Oh, I'm not very fast.
Conclusion: This marker is ok. If you get one for christmas or your birthday, keep it. Otherwise, I'd reccomend getting a Spyder Imagine.
