The Deadlywind Wisper carbon fiber barrels are ultra-lightweight and quiet. They are compatible with the Freak(tm) replaceable inserts, so one barrel and a few inserts will do the job of multiple barrels.

Weighing in at 46grams (59 grams with insert), they are 2x to 4x lighter than other replaceable insert barrels.

Each barrel is precision filiment wound on the inside, satin sanded 2x2 twill on the outside, then CNC-ported with 3 spiraling rows of ports. You can't get any more accurate.

Already have inserts? Just buy the barrel by itself. Need an insert to go with it? Buy one or go with the 3x inserts and save!

Currently available for Autococker(tm) compatible threads and lengths of 12" and 14".
Product Availability
The DeadlyWind Wisper Carbon Fiber Barrel is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review: There's not much to say about this barrel. It has everything you could want.

Already have inserts? Just buy the barrel by itself. Need an insert to go with it? Buy one with your order.

I went in my backyard and shot 3 times while my barrel condom was on(that was the only way i could get paint to break in the barrel). The first shot cleaned it out and by the second shot it was shooting straight again. This thing is amazing. Don't believe me? Try it out for yourself.
Conclusion: Simply amazing, nothing like it on the market.

Review: Just when i thought the St!ffi was the best darn barrel there was, i needed versatility as a back player. so i traded in my St!ffi for a DeadlyWind Wisper and 3 inserts (.689,.691,.684). now how can i describe the Wisper? its basically a St!ffi, but BETTER! how much better? well it acts like a barrel kit first of all (with the use of Freak inserts), obviously. the inner SilkFiber layer self-cleans the barrel far better than a St!ffi. 2-5 shots and it'll start shooting straight again. its very light than any other barrel, though not quite as light as the St!ffi. the Freak inserts does add some noticeable weight, but BARELY. the ports are average sized and it does reduce noise, though there are other barrels that are quieter.
Conclusion: If you liked the St!ffi, i HIGHLY recommend this barrel to anyone. its light, versatile, and accurate. only one problem is that Freak inserts will be needed and bought separately.

Review: Ok so you've been looking for something new for your marker. Someone tipped you off to CF and if you are looking at this barrel you probably did your homework and want the best of all worlds. Well, here is what i have learned.

Ability to use Freak inserts, yes they really are that great. They might not have amazing range but they have zero side to side movement of paint. I put this on my PMR after having the stock barrel which is heavily ported and after sizing the paint i found that i was shooting hot by 35 fps. Having a good paint to barrel match results in accuracy and increases your air efficiency.

I have no idea what it is about CF barrels but their ability to shoot through breaks is not a myth. I went and played recently for a whole day. During it i had no ball breaks because of the marker or barrel but i did have a few shoots into a barrel condom. It took 1 shot to "clear " the barrel and afterwards accuracy was the same as before. As i said before it makes no sense to me why CF works like this because the inside of the barrel using tubing like any other barrel but i tell you that it works.

CF so light that the package i received it in was heavier than the barrel itself. This package was simply a cardboard tube that's how light this thing feels without inserts.

Noise level i found was the same as my PMR stock barrel. Perhaps this is because i was using the same size barrel and because the stock barrels' ports are actually larger than my wisper.

Ok here is the reason to buy this barrel over a stiffi switch, stiffi freak front, and every other CF barrel. YOU CAN USE A BARREL SQUEEGEE WITH IT. No you will not mess up the thread or anything else because it is guaranteed with the company.

Oh and about the company they only make the a barrel officially in 14 and 16 now. HOWEVER, i was interested in a 12 " autococker barrel. I contacted one of the two owners by e-mail at 9:00 ON A SUNDAY NIGHT to ask if they would mill a custom barrel. I got a reply IN 20 MINS by e-mail saying he had one 12 " left in stock and to order it i just had to put "12 autococker barrel" in the Paypal Notes. I received the barrel in 3 days via usps allowing me to use it the same weekend. Let me tell you if you want 12" just use the contact e-mail on the site because these guys are excellent at customer service!!!

Looks nice but if you want something excessively flashy then a Freak back with a stiffi tip may appeal more to you then the features of this barrel.

So the ONLY drawback to the barrel is the fact that it is a one piece barrel and costs $90. If you can find a good deal on the Freak inserts from a friend or ebay then this barrel with all its advantages over AL can be yours for a decent price. Don't waste money on interim barrels waiting to upgrade to that freak/Ul kit. Buy this barrel and build your insert kit piece by piece when you have the excess money.
Conclusion: I am very happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

Review: This barrel is AMAZING. It only ways like 20 more grams then a Stiffi and has so many more features for the same price. first the accuracy is amazing, even with some tac-balls [cheaper resuable balls]. Having the convienence of being able to use freak inserts is better than having a stiffi switch. the switch you cant buy the bore sizes seperately or at least cheaply. freak inserts are every where for like 12 bux. so you only need one insert to start and you can build as you can afford to buy more inserts. also the freak inserts give you 5 inch bore control instead of a measly 1 inch. The inside is not as shiny or smooth as a stiffi so it may not shoot through breaks as easy [idk never had a break in it yet]. that doesnt matter because this barrel you can actually use a cotton swab/battle swab w/e you call them, with out having to worry about anything. A stiffi, if you use a swab it will void your warranty and can ruin your barrel by slowly pulling the fibers apart...stiffi said so themselves............................GET THIS BARREL

though its only made for impulse/ion/shocker threads and autococker..and also i think only available in 14"
Conclusion: It is amazing ...BUY IT...

Review: Ive always been looking for something that exceeded a freak kit but didn't put me in the poor house. I think the Deadlywind wisper has done this for me. This is truly a great barrel. With the accuracy as good or better then a freak and the absolutely feather light quality this barrel poses its one to be matched. Not to mention is fairly priced and looks great on the gun. I look forward to using more Deadlywind products
Conclusion: Highly recommend this insanely light and good looking barrel. If you want accuracy and affordability this is for you!

Review: If you like carbon fiber but need the barrel to paint match like a freak barrel, this is the way to go. Shoots like a dream. The build quality is also very good. Have had several folks admire barrel after looking it over. The other plus is also unlike a Stiffi, you can use a swab on the deadly wind and not fear tearing the fiber of the barrel.
Conclusion: Would buy this again in a heart beat !
