Silver-Gray Wrath LTD, Apache LED, Worr air 50/3000, shocktech #5 drop, random on/off, empire barrel kit.
Recommended Barrels:
Wide-bore 1 piece barrels, and virtually any kit will do.
Strengths:
Very round paint. Tough shell.
Weaknesses:
I get alot of bounces.
Review:
I shoot this paint mostly in my wrath with a ricochet apache. I have yet to have a ball pop in the feeding process, or chop. This is a very round paint, with a very stable fill. For it's price, it's a great ball. Batch to batch, fairly consistant shape and size. My one and only complaint is that on multiple occasions i've totally RAILED people, but not one of them broke. It happens. This is probobly a more woodsball-oriented paintball.
Honestly, any barrel will work with this paint. I've seen freak kits to stock barrels with no complaints.
Strengths:
Thick and bright fill, all round balls, no dimples.
Weaknesses:
Has a tendency to stain if you don't wash it out within 24 hours.
Review:
At the field this is used in all types of guns. To be precise, it's actually used more then the premium paint which is only 2 dollars more expensive but has the same quality. The price is very affordable for any player and with the quality you will NOT go unhappy. Well worth the money, but just make sure you wash out your clothes and wash your gear when you're done paintballing.
Conclusion:
Awesome paint for a great price (35 a case). Thick fill and a bright color for those wipers. Just make sure you wash your clothes after your done because it does have a tendency to stain after a day of sitting. Overall one of the best paints I've seen for an awesome price. Go buy it at firstcallpaintball
I have used all kinds of paint from Anarchy to Walmart and for the money this is the best for rec. ball it shoots straight and far. As a whole i have been very happy with nelson paint. But this one is absolutely the best one it works great with kits as well as stock barrels
Red Ion, Empire 11-piece barrel kit, Red Dye Stickies 3, Dye Armageddon drop forward, Extreme Rage red feed neck, Trinity Ion QEV, Evil Detonator Reg, Smart Parts ASA w/ On/Off.
I have used this paint about a or 5 times now and it is A-M-A-Z--I-N-G for the price. My local store sells it for $40.00 a case. It shot straight as can be when it was in the 20s outside! I shot a kid from across about a 70 ft. field and it brok on his leg on contact. Only 1 ball has broken in my barrel through the 4 cases that i have shot.
This is practice grade paint. Thats all there is to it. It is rediculously hard shell, but Id prefer my shell to be too hard as to too brittle. This paint is pretty darn cheap tho.. I get it for under $35 a case. Umm, its almost always a perfect .688, and its been for a long time. Ummm yeah, its cheap paint, get it, you wont be disappointed.
Conclusion:
Buy it if you need some cheap paint that is reliable.
