Small increase in accuracy, but increases range a ton and makes up for it.
Review:
This barrel is amazing for the price! It increases range by a ton and the accuracy a little bit. I recomend the 14" as the 16" is just a bit too long for speedball, but if you play woodsball, knock yourself out. For $35, if you pass this deal, you will regret it.
Conclusion:
Buy this barrel if you have a speedball gun with a stock barrel. If you have a woodsball or scenario gun, I would recomend the Tippmann Werks or an Apex system. This is a great barrel for the price and definitely gives you the edge in paintball.
Spyder Mr1, Smart parts progressive 16", BSA Red Dot Sight, ccm mr feedneck adapter, core twistlock feedneck
Recommended Paintballs:

Strengths:
Accurate, looks awesome, cuts down on noise, good price, Awesome job by smart parts
Weaknesses:
None so far, will edit if any are found
Review:
I picked this barrel off of paintballonline for $35, which is a reasonable price for a barrel that is so good. I got it in the mail 8 days later, immediately put it on my gun, went outside, and tested the paint spreadby shooting my tree. I was surprised to find a spread of 8-10 inches while shooting at the same place on the tree freehand. (with my spyder, with a lot of wind, and you can hit a person a lot easier) I was also surprised that the gun was somewhat quieter than before I put it on. I have not had a chance to test it in a real game, but so far, this barrel has performed well in all aspects
EDIT
I've played with the barrel several times and have found it to be a perfect medium range barrel. At long range, the paint becomes very inacuratte because of the way the barrel is rifled. But at medium range, it is so easy to eliminate people its not even funny. hope this helps.
Conclusion:
I would reccomend this barrel to beginners and veterans alike. this is an awesome barrel at a great price but I have not had a chance to play with it yet. I am giving it a nine, because nothing is completely perfect, and there are probably more expensive yet better one piece barrels out there.

This is by far the best barrel for this price, I've used it for one year with my ion and it makes a big difference, i play back and it shoots very good at long ranges. The first day i got it i went to the field and played a 3 on 3 game and shot all of them.
Conclusion:
You gotta get one if your looking for a great barrel for a nonexpensive price get a progressive
Hard to clean (holes)
Not Quieter (not louder either though)

Overall good barrel for the money. Does it perform as good as some of the top end barrels, of course not. But for the money ($25 on ebay), I think it is a great buy. I didn't notice any difference in noise over my stock 16", but I did notice an improvement in accuracy and less of a drop off.
