Strengths: Honestly, this is cheaper than a boomstick... with about the same qualities of a boomstick, but cheaper...

it depends if you have the aluminum back, or steel back... aluminum back is light, steel back is heavy (well, what ya expect)... i got steel... well my marker the bl mill is heavy already because of hopper, reg, body, spyder elcd, kapp dz 2 cradle, and 88 ci /4500 psi tank... its about 6 pounds... i can't really tell the difference w/ or w/o barrel on...

also it depends on what size of bore it is... the one i got is .690... fits medium to small size paint, the $45 to beyond kind of paint...

also it depends if your tip is a 3", 5", 7", or 9"... and the back is for small bore, medium bore or large bore...

after that is done, you have a good barrel that's totally customizable on the factors... marker, paint, and the person's personal taste of size of barrel... front, medium, and back player, or the scenario player....
Weaknesses: Nothing right now, I just got it... shot about 500 paintballs thru it, except i didn't pay $90 for it, i paid about $100 with shipping and all... two weeks to get my order in... took way too long...

Conclusion: the one i got was a 12" with a .690 bore...

i use it on a bl mill... my mini-angel...

well, since my bore is .690, i would suggest for the interest of not breaking paint... use medium to small bore paint...

qualities, the same qualities of a dye boomstick... but can be interchanged for maximum playing efficiency... if u can get a complete set of front and back tips for different markers... not just one marker... and all the sizes of tip, and bore backs... then u have the ultimate barrel package... for all your needs...

It's worth it, cost me about $100 with shipping and handling...

cheaper than a boomstick.... but better (read above)
Yes, but (read above)

i rated it a "9" because if i had a complete set of tips, and backs... than i would give it a perfect 10...

Products Used:
Teardrop, CP barrel system, various stock barrels, and a boomstick
Marker Setup: 2k3 Black Magic 'Cocker-Black and Silver
CP Barrel System-10" and 14" tip, 4 bores
Ricochet AK
48ci/3000psi Pure Energy Fixed tank
Recommended
Paintballs:
Diablo and PMI Premium are good
Strengths: This is a pretty good barrel. I was gonna get a boomstick with my gun at first, but since i realized it came with this nice barrel I thought i'd wait and get a system. Its super accurate, and from 100ft away I hit a 3in square, using diablo balls (so you should to). Its made by j&j which is an excellent barrel making company.
Weaknesses: HEAVY!!! The backs are heavy man. I woulda just bought some other bores for it instead of the barrel system but its soooo heavy. If your weak, don't get it.
Conclusion: This is a fine barrel....why else would it come on a $600 gun??? Id reccomend buying it if your strong, but if your gonna buy it with multiple bores, id reccomend a barrel kit instead.

Marker Setup: Spyder AMG LCD, JT 14 in barrel, Pure Energy 68cu 4500psi, Bandit Bolt, eVLution II hopper

Paintballs:
I like paintballs that are meant for indoors. They work great with this barrel. Try picking up a round of Diablos. Workin well for me.
Strengths: This WILL sound crazy, but with all the Spyders I've used in previous years, the JT barrel has outperformed the Smart Parts Freak Barrel!!! No Joke!! This thing is soooooo accurate! No ball breakage.

Summary: It works better than Smart Parts Freak Barrel on my AMG. (unless I just got the best JT barrel made lol).
Weaknesses: Um..... to shiny? lol. NOTHING!
Smart Parts look kewler, though.
Conclusion: If you own a Spyder, i HIGLY recommend getting this over a Smart Parts Freak. Or at least try out both before you buy either. You can shell out alot of accurate paint with this bad boy!
