well, nothing "winter grade", but I've used Diablo (Draxxus) paint, ZAP (terrible), etc. But I like to stick with RPS El Tigre and All-Star when it is warm. |

I love this paint because I live in Mich. and it gets real cold here in the winter, So I can't just shoot any type of paint. Polar Ice is the only thing that I shoot in the winter, believe me, I have tried others (what a mess). Thick Shell, Thick Fill, all around good,except..................... |

This paint is soo inaccurate, flat spots, dimple's, you name it!!! It used to be soo much better last year!!!! I am losing faith in Polar Ice, It's not so much that I am breaking paint in my barrel, but I mean these things fly every which- way. This is the ONLY RPS paint that I have had problems with. Not to mention the price, $80 a case, for this, you must be joking. For that price this stuff ought to shoot itself (accurately). Maybe this year the quality control has gone down, but c'mon, I'd be embarrassed to put my name on this paint, and charge soo much for it. |

OK, with that said, This paint is really my only choice for winter paintball, just because it doesn't break in my barrel too often. Like I said, last year it seemed to be better. Price Sux, ought to be cheaper with this kinda quality. Maybe I've been paying too much for it, but I still expect way more from RPS. So I guess that if it's your only choice go for it. But expect to shoot twice or three times as many balls to hit someone, besides an occasional teamate. I honestly think that I'm gonna try that "Arctic Inferno" IT"S UP TO YOU!!!!!!!!!! |
