this hopper is very good for the average player, or front player. its no halo B or Eggy II but its better than the 12v revy-12.2 BPS average while the Rico has a 12.9 BPS average. plus the revy's shell is very fragile. if you need a good low profile hopper get this one.
Conclusion:
get this hopper! im giving this hopper a 9 because its not as fast as the halo B

I recently bought the Ricochet AK at my friendly neighborhood paintball store. After deciding that my blue Revvie with the Speed Collar had to go, it was decided to get a new hopper. I bought the Ricochet AK after looking at the price. $35 cheap. What a deal! Well, I can see why it was so cheap. For the first couple of weeks, there were NO problems except for the o-rings that kept breaking on the neck. THEN, the battery died. Here's where the problems start. After changing the battery, it would not work. So the battery was checked to see if it was correctly put in. IT was. So then I checked to make sure that the battery was fresh and new. It was. I finally checked the connection to see if it was right. It was. I even called Ricochet for tech support. They couldn't help me. So I'm stuck with basically a $35 gravity feed hopper. I will ONLY use it when I play rec with my family. And ONLY when we use 98's.
Conclusion:
I do NOT recommend this product for people who play tournies. I think it's fine for players who play 1-2 times a month OR Year. I'll stick to HALO B's, Revvies, and the Eggs.

To start out for some reason my Richochet ak doesnt work with durocell baterieries fo r some reason. Also this thing EATS through batteries, i replaced the batterie the night before and the next day in the middle of a tournament it freakin shut off i replaced the batterie nothing happened so i used my teamates egg-2 witch is at least 10 times better for the money. there are some good things though i liked the window on thes side and thats about it. Plus that deflection stuff is bs it ont work. Dont buy get a egg-2 for the extra cash otr at least a revvy
