very gripy!!!! u shoulder the tank and it stays where u put it!
makes tank feel more comfy
come in nice colors to match anyones setups
they come with fill nipple covers
Weaknesses:
can be kinda annoying to install and sometimes they slide up and u gotta pull em down to get them tight on the tank.
come with parts designed only for the angel AIR and that means wasted pieces your paying for
no other problems really
Conclusion:
if you like grip on your tank, get the lok sok they look good and they get the job done.
I got a pair of skins this past July and all I can say is this product is sweet. The skins accent your marker both physically and cosmetically. For a cosmetic touch they come in a wide range of colors to match virtually any marker out there and they have the ability to make a plain looking nitro tank look sweet. Physically they give you a nice stable, slip-free base you can use to support your marker on in the proper "shooting posture." Also, I dunno if its just me but the skins I got (the red ones) smell like watermelon candy. :o)
Weaknesses:
The only bad aspect I have come across while using this product is that they can be a little difficult to put on the first time and you have to let them wear out a little bit before you can put a neoprene tank cover under them.( If you heat them up just a little bit via blow dryer they will stretch enough for a tank cover to be put under them.)
Conclusion:
In conclusion, I believe this product rocks! The red pair I got are more then worth the $15 I paid for them. I would recommend the WDP Angel Air Skins to anyone who wants a cosmetic touch to they markers or a nice slip-free base for shooting their marker. Also, I've had my skins since July and they still smell like watermelon. :o)
i have a 2002 vert feed cocker with hinge trigger shocktech bolt Cp barrel, 68 3000 psi ( i would recommend it for a 68 its the best fitting) the 114 is too big...and i have a 12 volt revvy(green)
Strengths:
i like it becuz its grippy and makes ur gun look hott as hell and it comes in 5 diff. colors
Weaknesses:
the only bad thing bout it is the last part u cant get it over he gauge so what i did was i took my tank to my buddy at one shot and he took off the gauge and niple and i picked it up that day..other than that ur not getting it on without cutting the hell ot of it
Conclusion:
i love it got it 3 1/2 mnthsa ago i was shooting and its grippy..its real nce fr any speedballer but i loved it and it looks ott o my cocker.....the only bad part s that last part u cat get on
Makes you tank look awsome! Unlike what most people think, it fits any tank, not just Angel AIR's. It fits any size tank from 68 to 114, unlike most other covers where you have to buy the matching size to fit your tank. When resting your tank against your shoulder, it grips your jersey so it doesnt slide off your shoulder. Oh yea, comes with a cool nipple cover!
Weaknesses:
Don't fit any tank smaller then 68ci (Although I do belive WDP is making ones specifically to fit 45ci tanks). SOMETIMES the back end comes loose and maybe falls off.
Conclusion:
If you are a speedball player and/or want your setup to look cool. Get these. If you are a woodsballer, i would suggest a cover that protects the WHOLE tank.
