The Ultraback Tactical Vest incorporates everything into it that you might need on the playing field. It's modular, Special Forces inspired design lets you configure it how you want. Whether you want to wear the packs horizontal or vertical its very easy to switch the setup. You can also add or take away the tank holder attachment if you want to run a remote setup! When playing with friends with these vests you can toss a whole attachment pack to them that they can secure it right onto their vest.
Product Availability
The Flurry Industries Ultraback Tactical Vest is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Fits awesome, non-obtrusive, I'm always worried about increasing my profile, and this fits nice and tight. Holds plenty of paint, I like that I can change configuration, lose the tank holder when I'm not using a remote, carry only 2 pods or all 4. Looks very cool. Plenty of space to carry spare stuff - I usually take newbies out, and have to fix stuff for them in the field.
Weaknesses:
The only thing I can think of - since I play in the woods, I wish it was offered with the logo in camo instead of red.
I have a Black M98 custom, 13" Armson Stealth, Lapco foregrip. Lapco side bolt, double trigger, and Dye Invision Mask
Strengths:
It is comfortable and fits well. The straps adjust to almost any size and the modifications that can be made are amazing. It has enough pockets to hold most of the items you need. It is well padded for new players who can't stand the hit.
Weaknesses:
Nothing, except that you can't find it in any local stores and has to be ordered over the internet.
Conclusion:
This is a great product for someone who doesn't want the usual 2+1 or 4+1or other similar items. It is easy to move in.
The design makes you look awesome and the construction was better than I expected. there are pockets for all kinds of stuff and it works out great with my tank running remote. (the tank holder comes with it too.) Um I don't know it fits well and gives that military feel when you play without spending hours trying to modify a army loadbearing harness that still doesn't work right.
Weaknesses:
Not too much. I was disappointed that it didn't come in camo. I had to order it online because the local store doesn't carry them yet but that I shouldn't say was bad because I received it in 2 days!
Conclusion:
Great cool new product! Plus I was the first one at my field with one and everybody asked where I got it. I love that attention.
Classic Automag Retrovalve
red smart parts barrel
Rosewood grips
jt flex mask
Strengths:
I went online to the website and bought one because I had to see this thing up close but was wary to because I had one of those viper vests before and that thing fell apart quick. I was happy when I got this vest because I could tell the quality was way better than that Viper vest.
I really like the features in this vest. Let me list the points that stick out for me.
Its adjustble, you can adjust the length of the vest and its overall size my adjusting the shoulder straps and tightnening the side straps. This design made it so I could use it and my 11 year old son can use it too. Bravo! I love the goggle holder strap too. I didn't realize how much of an annoyance it is if you forget your goggles somewhere. I was messing around with the pack configurations on the back. I don't use a remote so I removed that attachment. But the pods were fairly easily accessable in the two different setups I used.
Weaknesses:
The only thing that I can think of is that with the pod holders 140 round tubes are a tight fit. You just have to make sure that the straps are pull tight to keep the tubes in. Thats all I can think of though.
Conclusion:
Overall I think this is a great piece of gear and am going to order another one for my son. The price is somewhat high but you can see the money went into better construction and materials than say that viper vest which fell apart on me in 2 outings. Compared though to other harnesses out there its still not too expensive for what you get.
