The Ebolt (electro-pneumatic conversion kit) uses a electronic control board that controls a solenoid valve. The solenoid valve operates a pneumatic hammer that opens and closes the valve. After being inactive for 10 minutes the system will go into sleep mode, with an instant awake on the first pull of hte trigger. The Ebolt has the following burst patterns: Response: fires on the pull and the release of the trigger Full Auto: 4 to 13 shots per second Turbo: starts as Semi Auto, goes to response mode as trigger speed increase past 5 times per sec. Burst Mode 1= 3 shot bursts Burst Mode 2= 6 shot bursts.
The Tippmann E-Bolt Kit is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.
-GTA Inline Expansion Chamber
-PsychoBallistics Double Trigger
-Lapco Bigshot 12''
-Ricochet AK Hopper
The e-bolt system is worth every penny you put into it. There are 6 different modes you can use (3 burst, 6 burst, response trigger, turbo semi, full auto 4-13bps, and semi). Never breaks balls, unless your hopper is running low on batters (hate that). It's easy to get to your battery, you just have to unscrew 2 screws, and changing the modes all you have to do is unscrew 2 screws and it's under the grip. No cocking is required because it all happens inside of the gun by the pneumatics. GREAT PRODUCT!
-Plain Look (get your gun painted :D )
-Little bit of gas hog
This is a great product if you want to go all out on you tippy! :-)
2002 cocker, chrome palmers pneumatics, freak set, hinge trigger
model 98 custom with ebolt psychoballistics drop, double trigger 14 inch sniper barrel.
easy to install, less kick, its very fast. makes your trigger pull an adjustable mouse click. it lowers operating pressure becusae it uses a pnumatic hammer to hit hte valve pin instead of a solid hammer. it has lots of fun modes you can mess with and an adjustable ROF
its a hefty 200-250 it dosent make the model 98 more efficeint because the valve still blows back even though it no longer needs too to recock. the marker still has feed tube blow back which is bad becuase with the increased rate of fire you are even more likely to chop.its LPR hose is also exposed on the outside of the marker.
get it! it increase consistancy. speeed, decreases kick, and it makes the trigger really really nice. you will need a halo unless you want to play at 8bps setting. get it with an lp kit and you will have one exepnsvie badass 98 custom. current consistancy with no inline hpr is 15+- (HPA not Co2) i do recomend getting a inline reg as quickly as possible if you havent already
price isnt an issue this the best upgrade for the 98c and is for the true 98 enthesiast. if you arent ready to put away yoru 98 this is the upgrade for you.

Model 98 E-bolt system-low pressure kit, freak barrel, gen-x reg
2001 STO Autococker
Green to Yellow fade Intimidator
Runs at a very low pressure (150 psi w/upgrades), very fast, never breaks balls (i broke about 3 balls after 1 year of use), nothing has ever gone wrong with it because it is made of quality durable parts
gun is heavy and has a very "plain" look to it
difficult to maintain because the gun splits in to two parts but are still connected with cords
The E-Bolt system is a moderately priced electro gun with good speed and consistancy. These guns are very reliable and accurate. I recommend the e-bolt because of it's various modes and rates of fire opposed to electros with only semi-auto/turbo.
-doesn't chop balls
-Smotth trigger pull
-it an electric kit put on a classic gun that's kicks booty
-Colbalt, U need to buy one of these, Joe
Nothing at all, I mean U can't be as rough with it as I can with my Woods one but for speedball this is great, I Have taken so much crap at fields about how crappy a tippmann is from guys with angels and E-mags, they can whine all they want, I got both of those dikes out one game
