Level 10 replaces the stock bolt and power tube tip with the newly redesigned Superbolt II and power tube tip assembly kit. With the kit properly tuned, your Automag bolt will bounce off of even the most brittle of tournament paint! Kits work on all AGD markers, including the Automag, MiniMag, RT, RT Pro, and E-Mag.
Product Availability
The Airgun Designs Level 10 Mod is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

The only thing that may remotely compare is an ACE on my buddy's Impulse.
Marker Setup: AutoMag R/T Level X, Intelliframe, 88/4500 Crossfire Tank, Warp Feed, 12v Revi, 32 Degrees Shark Drop Forward, a boat load of barrells
Strengths: The Level 10 does work as advertised. I had never really had a problem with my mag chopping until this recent heat wave in Jersey. All of the sudden, my Mag became the proverbial blender that it was always rumored to be. As the balls swelled in the humidity, my Mag chopped them all the more. Even my Warp didn't help.
The installation was rather straight forward and simple enough for even a mechanically challanged person such as myself.
Now, I have no chops. I have run about a 1000 balls through it of varying quality without a single chop.
IT REALLY WORKS!!
Weaknesses: Because it works, the Level X is hard to comeby now. The wait maybe frustrating for some.
Also, the sound that it makes when bouncing off a ball is quite weird. Almost like a misfire.
These comments aside, as they are mostly nitpicking, there isn't a downside to the Level 10 upgrade.
Conclusion: This upgrade is a must for any Automag owner! This works to keep you in the game and off the sideline cleaning your marker. I found it hard to believe that it would work until I tried it. I have even done the famous finger test to no ill effect upon my person.

ANS Venturi Bolt, AGD LongNose bolt
Marker Setup: 68 Mag
LX
Crossfire 68 4500
Intelliframe
and other assorted goodies
Strengths: well it totally eliminates chopping of any paint. I have tunned it to what I need, but I am shure with enough tinkering that you could make it possible to shoot evil paint or infernos.

This upgrade I predict will topple the establishment that is in force now.

Although Angels and Matixes will never go away I think that more mags will be seen in major tournies.
Weaknesses: It is not as effitient as the old bolts but is certinly not a gas hog.
Conclusion: This product is tottally changeing the view of the automag. Now that it is not a blender it is what every front player wants in a gun, Small size, Light, snap shootable (even better with electronic frames) durable.

Hope to see them on the field.

I usually dont give 10's but this totally changes the mag

Uh..Venturi bolt...which sucks..choped every ball
Marker Setup: LX Automag Intelliframe Warpfeed
Strengths: Level Ten means NO Chops
LEvel Ten MEANS No kick
Weaknesses: Takes a little bit of time to get it working perfectly.
Slightely less air effecient--Not noticeable in game.
Conclusion: No more ball breaks if tuned properly. This will not prevent BREAKS..as down the barrel, after the bolt has hit it. Any gun will do this the same as anyother. There is no kick to this thing. Verticle feed will work good now.

The type of bolt that acts closest to this are low pressure ones on Impulse or Matrix type guns.
Marker Setup: Emag
Warp Feed
Freak System
Air America Apocalypse
KAPP DZ3
Other small bits
Strengths: Can be installed on and automag regardless of date or setup.
A very affordable and adjustable upgrade for all AGD markers.
Can be installed be almost anybody.
Weaknesses: I was able to get my hands on a beta version of the level 10 mod, currently its only being sold at the Air Gun Designs online store and I believe due to high demand they are out of stock (as of August 5, 2002).

There are no technical problems with this product, its been tested extensively.
Conclusion: The level 10 mod is an extremely low cost, high value mod for the automag. Prior to this mod mags had a reputation for being blenders. The lvl 10 mod essentially rids the mag of all chopping! I can't stress how much of a technical leap this product is. Players who can't afford electronic guns and anti-chop eyes won't have to worry about chopping. Another great thing about this mod is that it will fit any automag no matter what year it was made, or what upgrades it has. At $85 you can't afford not to get this upgrade! And because its made by AGD you know it can take anything you throw at it.

The mod is very east to install. I installed the mod in about 10 minutes, and it took another 10 to tweak it. I believe the retail version will be even simpler to install. In a few months all new autmags will come with the lvl 10 installed.

nothing like it.
Marker Setup: automag classic powerfeed, agd wapr feed, agd z grip, agd lvl10 mod, kapp tear drop
Strengths: absolutly everything. it cannot break paint and lowers blowback a bit. i can go around and tell people o put their finger in the breech and watch them flinch when i fire with my finger in it. it is amazingly cheap for what it does for your gun. i got it for 65 but that's because i got the beta version.
Weaknesses: the painful tuning. it was nothing bad though. it took me about 20 minutres to get mine tuned in and working correctly.
Conclusion: if you have an agd marker go buy it. it is absolutly the best thing you can buy for your mag.
