A lot of guns come with this hopper when you buy it. If you already have a hopper, i don't recommend buying it unless there is a serious problem with yours. I recommend that if you have the dough to research electronic hoppers and get one of those though.

Conclusion:
Overall, it's good but if you have a hopper that works, keep it and use it until it breaks or you get a electronic hopper. But I do recommend a some other electronic hopper if you have a gun costing you over, oh, $500

Damned lit pops open every time you fire your marker.
Review:
I bought this hopper when I first got my Piranha (in a sort of package deal). I used it for about a year, and it held up well (didn't crack or anything). My one gripe was that the very first time I used it, I fired my marker, and the lid popped open. I figured I hadn't shut it tight enough, so I made sure it snapped shut and fired again. Sure enough, it popped open. Since then I had to put layers of duct or electrical tape just to ensure a tight enough fit so it wouldn't open all on its own. Major pain, but other than that it worked fine for a gravity hopper.
Conclusion:
If you need a first hopper that is going to stand up to wear and tear, go for it, as long as you're willing to apply some tape to keep it shut.

none, don't expect this gravity feed hopper to keep up with an electro gun.
Review:
-this is a very basic 200 round hopper
-it is durable, it can be banged on the ground while sliding or when you dive behind a bunker and it won't break unless your body lands on it
-just made sure that you close the lid with a quick slap and that you hear a pop, then it won't come open during the game
Conclusion:
if you are running a semi-auto non electro gun, buy this. it holds 200 paintballs and can take abuse rather well. it is only $5 US, so it won't break the bank. however, if you have the money, get the xboard revvy.

The lid pops off. It's loud.
Review:
The hopper works, most of the time. Be very careful of the lid, cause it's really irritating to watch all your paintballs fall out and smash on the ground in the middle of the game. Trust me. Even if you make sure that the lid is closed tightly, it pops open at inoppurtune times. I made sure that it had snapped shut, then in the middle of a game it popped open because of the recoil of my shooting. I find that pretty pathetic.
Also, it's pretty loud. The paintballs really rattle around when you run. I don't know how audible it is in the middle of a game, but it gets pretty annoying for me.
Conclusion:
Overall, I would try to modify this hopper with some duct tape to keep it shut before you go and play any real games with it. I don't think it's worth the $8. Probably about $5 would be more reasonable.
