Review: So far it has been a great product. Flows well. It does not leak for me. Slid into the valve cavity snug but not too tight like some have experienced. I am running pretty low pressure. I don't have a gauge so I can't give you an exact PSI number, but I was able to turn my stabilizer WAY down and still shooting at 280 fps. I added this valve with a heavy valve spring and a light main spring and the 32* front block.
Conclusion: I see a lot of reviews that don't praise this valve but for me, this valve is a stellar performer with absolutely no problems so far. I got it for under $10 brand new off ebay. Given the low price and great enhancement, in my book that is what a 10 rating is all about. If money were no object, then yeah, you would probably get better flow from an AKA valve at six times the price. So technically since there is something better in performance (yet WAY more expensive), I will give this valve a 9.

Review: I installed, it leaked initially. I changed out the O rings..and finally got it to stop leaking. Test fired a couple of shots at home and it seemed to work fine. During the weekend...it started to leak badly after 30 or so shots. I had bought two of these valves and installed in my other spyder. I switched guns for the next scenario...and the same thing happened....leaking after a certain amount of shots.
Conclusion: There is probably a reason it is very cheap. You get what you pay for.

Review: Let me first say that to use this valve, like any other paintball product, you have to be smarter than what you're working with.

Just after I bought this valve, I checked reviews here, something I usually do before buying the product. When I saw the leakage complaints I got scared, but was confident that it was just either a faulty valve that they got or that the problem could easily be solved. When I got this product I immediately put in a stronger valve spring, for fear of leakage. I might add that the o-rings make it a tight fit on my rodeo during installment. I gassed up my gun and hsssssssssss came through the barrel. Then I cocked it, and less of a hsssss, then I shot it a few times and no more hsssss. This valve does not leak, at least for me.
Conclusion: On my low pressure setup (<300 psi) this valve does not leak with a strong valve spring. I don't know what they did wrong, but mine is fine. I give it a 9, because nothing is perfect.

Strengths: HIGH FLOWING
reduces operating pressure by a lot
cheap for compared 2 others
Weaknesses: Some small leeks here and there (with 2 low of pressure!)
Review: well at first i saw how there were a couple of bad reviews and i was definately leaning towards the New Designs HP vavle... so i went to the store that i go 2 and asked Ron if he could get me a valve...so he called some guys.. and i have had trouble getting the HP vavle in the past.. so we ended up going with this.. now i was afraid of leaks..but at high enough pressure( if u dont want 2 go too far low pressure.. like when u use an expansion chamber with CO2..SO EFFICIENT) it was ok... now that i have drilled out the VA it made a world of difference.. especially for low pressure...if u do have leek problems them go ahead and get a new cup seal... that is the ONLY problem with this valve
Conclusion: i think that this compares with the New Designs HP, Tornado, and Rocket valve(judging by the reviews i have seen)
this thing is high flowing and cheap... and like i said, if u do have leeks get a new cup seal or increase the operating pressure

Strengths: Cheap Upgrade (I got mine for $13.00)
Weaknesses: Leaks
Review: I need to increase my velocity so I got the magnaport valve from my local paintball store. It was new and only $12.99. Once I had put the valve in, I screwed on my tank and the first thing I notice is my air leaking out of my barrel. I took the valve back out, switched the O-rings, and put it back in. Once again, all I got was a leak. I disassembled the valve body and all my guns internals three more times, with leaks every time, before deciding to put the stock valve back in.
Conclusion: This valve is garbage. I recommend that anyone trying to upgrade their spyder's valve avoid this one. It's nothing but a waste of time and work. This valve is a great way to get rid of $13.00. Otherwise it's useless and unrepairable.

Strengths: Better flow than stock, relatively easy install
Weaknesses: Brass cup seal, expensive when I got it, better out there.
Review: I got this valve back in late '03 for my imagine. At the time, it was supposedly a good valve for the money ($30). I got it home, and dropped it right in. The brass cup seal on it is a piece of turd, so I swapped the stock seal onto the new pin. I did notice an FPS increase, so I guess it did outflow the stocker to some degree. As soon as I went LP with the gun, the valve just coudln't keep up. I had tons of problems and decided to toss it in favor of a Madmann rocket valve. I guess for a high pressure spyder, this thing isn't bad, or for those who want mild increases in performance without alot of effort. If you're really looking for a great LP valve though, look elsewhere.
Conclusion: If you want a quick drop-in valve for a realtively stock spyder, these can be had for cheap now. If you're looking for real performance gains, or for a good LP valve, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Weaknesses: A little tight in the bore
Review: Very inexpensive,$4.20,$5.10,and $6.00 on e-bay.easy install, quick tip-put the valve body in the freezer for a couple minutes and heat the gun body up with a hair dryer. This will shrink the valve and swell the body just enough to litter ally drop the valve in position, once the temp equalizes, you have a tight fit and no cut o-rings.had no leakage problems and gun shoots well, just need some regulators now.Whens my bid up?
Conclusion: I give it a 10,does what it says, and just like any non-oem part ,fit and finish isn't perfect

Weaknesses: - See Review
Review: Wow... where to start. Okay, I'm having velocity problems with My Bone Daddy. I'm maxing out at 200FPS. This is from a marker that was firing 350FPS out of the box! So obviously I'm having air flow problems somewhere. I was at the local paintball shop and decided I'd try a higher flowing valve. And hey they had a 32 degrees Magnaport valve for 29.99 Canadian. That's pretty good since I was looking at 28 + Shipping for a New Designz which would've cost me like 40 bucks.

Since this was an impulse buy I didn't get a chance to check the reviews here. Once I got home I read the reviews and got worried. I heard things like, "Hard to install", "Air Leaks", "Bad cup seal". These are things you never wanna hear about a valve. But I thought to myself, "Self... those other people are idiots and are obviously doing something wrong, I'll get this thing working!"

Attempt 1: Remove all my internals and attempt to slide the valve into the front of gun's body where the volumizer screws in. WHOA! If people with Spyders thought this was hard imagine how hard it is when you have volumizer threads to get past. I managed to slide this valve in by turning a screw driver around backwards and using it as a punch. Then I basically lubed the valve and hammered it into position against the pin. I screwed in the valve set screw and put my marker back together. Slapped on my CO2 tank and then heard what I really didn't want to hear, *HISSSSSSSSSSSSSS*

Attempt 2: I knew it had a bad cup seal based on the reviews. SO I removed the cup seal and replaced it with my stock one since it fixed some other people's problems. Not mine *HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*.

Attempt 3: Coat the cup seal in Lithium Grease (non petroleum) to create a better seal... CO2 tank... *HISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS*

Tomorrow I'll call 32 Degrees and I'll probably give them a blast of crap and see if they can't recommend something, if I can get it working further on down the road I might change this review but as for now this thing is absolutely the worse thing I have ever bought for my paintball gun. Worse... thing... ever...
Conclusion: I recommend you do not under any circumstances buy this product unless someone puts a gun to your head and says, "Buy a magnaport valve". It appears to be high flowing but most of that flow is right out your freakin' barrel. If I can get it working, I'll update this, but as for now it's a 0. So I guess it'll have to be a 1.

-Leaks eaisily
Review: I installed this valve for a firend of mine and he wasn't impressed with preformance, he later swaped it out for a tornado

This valve does increase flow slightly but not by much. The large open cutout in the top is a joke. It doesn't change the diameter of the hole passing into the upper body tube. The fact that fully half of the valve is milled away leads me to doubt durability.

The included cupseal isn't the best either, leaking problems are frequent.
Conclusion: Useful if you manage to screw up your stock valve and need a cheep replacement, not much better than stock.

Review: As soon as I put this valve in, i knew there was a problem. It fit VERY tight into the body, and was hard to push back. the brass cupseal is nice, but won't stay attached to teh spring. Once I had it all back together and fired it up, it hissed down the barrel so loud i thought I left the hose off!!! I replaced the cupseal with a new one, that helped, but it still leaks to this day. I cannot get any velocity out of it. The 32* customer service was extremely helpful though, and when we tried all options, they actually asked to have it returned and gave me my money back!! Perhaps I got a defective valve, i dunno, but i would not recommend this to anyone. Just go on and get a Rocket, thats what i did, and haven't had any trouble.
Conclusion: You dont' need this, get a Rocket
