Rebel BTB electro w/ACI Xchamber, 14" progressive, 32 degrees blade drop forward, view loader EVO-2 and 88cu 4500psi PMI nitro tank, allso 20oz co2
Recommended Upgrades:
new barrel but I shot this gun stock worked great.
Strengths:
awsome fast just like my BTB acurate stock barrel is great.
Weaknesses:
none the macro line leaked when I got it thow but thats not the gun.
Review:
This gun is sweet just like my BTB I love it better than any of the spyders the grips are awsome for a electro hybrid frame all rubber wrap arounds. This gun is crazy fast I got it up to 17bps on reactive. It says the rate of fire is 13bps but thats on full auto and burst on semie and reactive theres no limit its as fast as you can pull. I am good on the trig so I can do 17 prety easy on reactive but only about 15 on semi. I even got my EVo-2 to skip 3 times in a row with it on reactive thats scary. fast gun if you use it on reactive get etleast a 5 pack.lol
Conclusion:
I will give this gun a 10 because I cant believe its only got a 6.5 and people think its bad if some little thing breaks hey its not a tippmann so it will need some maintenance.
I have also used Tippman ProLite, ProCarbine, Bob Long Intimidator, and Spyder Elite. The Rebel '02 stacks up well against all except the Intimidator, but for the price difference, I'd say it kicks the Intimidator's balls in.
Marker Setup:
Everything stock, I've used a Revy with it, and now I have a Halo B.
Recommended Upgrades:
DO NOT get a revy, it seems like a good idea, seeing as how the gun does 12 bps on full auto, and the revy feeds 12 bps. However, revys suck. I couldn't get my gun to fire more than 10bps without chopping in full auto, and with reactive it's usually the second or third ball that gets chopped. My friend let me use his Halo B to see if the gun or the revy was garbage, and it turns out both the revy and gun were garbage, but it did unload all 200 rounds with the halo at 12bps without chopping any.
Strengths:
Price, rate of fire, and decent accuracy
Weaknesses:
32 degrees, constant breaking
Review:
I knew when I pulled out the instruction manual and began deciphering it, I had made a mistake. The grammar is sooo bad it's useless to read it, because you'll actually lose IQ points as you read. It's pretty much worth buying the gun to get a copy of how stupid the folks at 32 degrees are in writing, lol. Anyway, I take the gun out of the box, assemble it in a few mins, cock the bolt, hook a CO2 tank up, and it leaked. Right at the bottom of the expansion chamber. At this point I'm a little angry, but it's easily fixed by some tape. So I take it outside to shoot it afterwards, to get a feel for it, (I had just gotten it in, so I had to test it and build it the morning of my first game with it) and the ball piece of the detent shoots out. So I tear it down, ship it back and tell them to send me one that works. Turns out they don't do that, so they "repaired it" and sent it back a month later. 3 weeks later, it's leaking in the same place, so I send them a letter, and tape it up like I did before, and that's where things stand now.
Conclusion:
I would not buy this product again, given the choice again and my money back. I know the problems don't sound that major, but when you wait all week to play, and then find out you can't because the people at 32 degrees are morons, it is major. Is $150 not enough to pay for a gun that actually works? If the leak had not sprung twice, I would've chalked it all up to a little bad luck, but the same problem I sent it off for twice? That's called a POS company.
MY 32 degrees Electronic Xtreme Rebel 02 with 8 stage low pressure expansion chamber, low pressure regulator, and steel braided line, polished internals and spacer for frigger for shorter pull. Actually needed nothing other than a 12V revy but hey upgrading is fun!!!!!!
Recommended Upgrades:
I say upgrade whatever but every efficient marker must have an excellent low pressure expansion chamber and a nice regulator to go with it!
Strengths:
trigger, barrel, bolt, looks awsome and mean at the same time!
Weaknesses:
macro line leaked but 80% of all do!
Review:
My review of this gun price compared to functionality is it's a sure shot winner. very consistant. I would suggest to any amature to professional player. The gun is great and I used 4 weekends a month for 3 months now and let me tell you I was always picked first for devastating fire power. You might wanna get a huge fanny pack because this thing lays down the law fast. Some would say it's heavy blah blah but you can't even cry about wieght when it comes to performance. It was ready right out of the box. The only defect is the macro line that leaked but the gun had nothing to do with that as I've had several different brands do the same thing on average 80% of macro lines leak. So definately get a steel braided.
There is so much to say abou tthis gun 1st would be the great trigger frame from semi to responsive (I was getting 15-17 pbps!!) to fully auto 8-12 pbps, I love the barrel it looks mean and awsome. certainly isn't quiet but makes a riot when you open up on the other team and see them scamble.
I polished internals and made it low pressure to just be mean I love showing it off and if you wanna see it e-mail me at goldberg360@hotmail.com
Conclusion:
I recommend it with 10 stars but if there was a million stars I'd give it to the rebel extreme 02 because it deserves it!
