nForcer (crap)
Flex 7 ( a little better )
Marker Setup: A-5, Double trig and RT, X chamber, Dye Ultralight 16 ", CMI True flight 16"
12" Boomstick.
Strengths: I put the vortex fan in this and it never fogs, In 89 degree temp high humidity and rain it still didnt and we played 9 hrs sraight.
Great protection even being lit up at close range
Balls can bounce off of the visor
Very comfortable
Great price
And still looks good
The flex 7 still fogged so did the nForcer and I didnt like the flexy plastic on the Flex 7
Weaknesses: I cant find anything wrong with this mask
It has a very low profile
Good flex but not too much
I got the olive because I play speed and rec ball so it blends great in the trees and foliage and still looks OK on the speedball field.
Conclusion: I would recommend this above all other masks both for pro's and newbies
In my opinion its the BEST PAINTBALL MASK you can buy whatever the money

32 degrees Head Case( a good mask too but I decided to go with JT because I know they always work.
Marker Setup: M3 Black Dragun Basic
Ricochet AK Hopper
12 ounce Co2
Stock Barrel(soon to be a DYE Xcel)
Strengths: Wow! This mask is awesome. It's low profile, never fogs up, and looks cool. It works just as good as the other JT masks but is a lot less. I got mine for $37.95 so i don't know why they put $80 at the top.
Weaknesses: Nothing about this mask is bad. The visor came with one side lower than the other but thats because the people shipped it with the C02 tank on top of the visor.
Conclusion: This mask is awesome. I haven't had any problems with it so far so anyone who has problems with it should get an exchange because they must have got a defect.

Marker Setup: A decked out Spyder E-99
Strengths: Everything is good NEVER FOGS UP if you get a thermal. Like when i play with my buddies i tend to seat alot and the mask never fogs up. Even when its a hundred degrees out..And nothing has broke on it or anything
Weaknesses: Nothing . well maybe it could be alittle more protected on the top cause it really hurts when you ge it in the head. But that all part of the game.
Conclusion: Good Mask for the price. And overal nothing really wrong with it or anything...JT makes good guns for the price but since i live in canada the price is a bit more bute its worth every penny.

JT Xfire - not nearly as comfortable. They are also much larger and look worse.
Marker Setup: Eforce (stock, but it has a good reg on it)
20 oz. Co2
Red Ricochet AK
Strengths: BEST FEATURES
The goggles have thermal lenses, so they dont fog. The googles are the same as on the more expensive flex 7's or proteus. Look Great! smaller than they look in pictures. Very comfortable!

PRICE
only like $38

COMFORT
Extremely comfortable, the foam around the goggles is really soft!
It has a denser foam behind the ears near the back of the mask to keep them off of your ears.

GOGGLES
These are the same goggles as on higher end JT models. The goggles are all that matters performance wise. You can purchase them in single or thermal, but get the thermal.

MASK
The mask is high quality. It looks awesome and is not too large (like Xfire), but not too small (like proteus). It does not have the flex lower part like flex7's, but you can purchas it seperate. The mask comes in black or olive colors.

VISOR
The visor is made of a very flexible plastic. I would recommend leaving it on in hopes a ball would bounce, but if you really wanted to, its possible to take it off.
Weaknesses: Nothing is bad yet. the foam does take a while to dry after playing in the hot Texas sun for a few hours!
Conclusion: This is a great product at a great price. It has everything you need and nothing you don't. I dont think I will ever switch to a "higher end" goggle.

well, i used the rental googles at a paintball place my first time out, they fogged if you thought about breathing on them
Marker Setup: Blue Spyder Xtra
JT Spectra mask
Blue Ricochet AK
J&J Ceramic 14 inch
Psycho Ballistics Prostlye drop
some ugly expansion chamber
home trigger job
20 oz c02
Strengths: well, lets see it keeps my eyes safe, but most do.
On to the important stuff.
this has got to be the easiest system to take apart. this is one of those things that i appreciate very much, considering my head always finds a way to be visable. you can take it all apart in about 30 seconds. Another good thing that is underappreciated by many people is the visor, if any balls hit this they will always bounce, if you take it off... they will hit your forehead and break and leave a welt which isnt good on your head. O and the strap has some sticky stuff which keeps the strap where you put it
Weaknesses: well, they are tough to take apart the first time but htat is it
Conclusion: this is the best goggle system for the money $38 online, buy it

Marker Setup: *Spyder Compact 2000
*BTLine w/ Fore grip
*Brass Eagle Red Dot Sight
*20oz CO2 w/ a 9oz back up
Strengths: Great mask w/ the thermal lens it never fogs up. Out of me and my friends i'm the only one who has a spectra and the other day at a war we had to stop like every 2 mins to let there mask defog while i just sat there watching them get up and walk around there bunker giving away there pos while i was bunkered down watching.
Doesn't hurt at all when u get het in the mask
Some times i forget that it is there because it is so comfortable
Weaknesses: It dosn't cover a lot of ur chin or neck but as long as you are not goking at the sky you well be fine.
Conclusion: Great mask over all the thermal is great and the best f all it is from JT the Best name in masks

rental masks
Marker Setup: Spyder Sonix, 12" chrome CP 1-piece, dye stickies
Strengths: looks great - shows a mask doesn't have to make you look like a space alien to look nice.
comfortable - nice fit, no pinching areas.
thermal lens - no need for fans or anti-fog
jt name - probably the most trusted name in masks.
low price - i got mine for less than $40
Weaknesses: lens removal - wow is this hard. but not really as hard as people make it out to be. i just took it apart for first time yesterday and it took me about 15 total mins breaking it down and putting it back together. just use those muscles and "peel" it from the lens. makes it a lot easier than simply trying to pull it apart. to put it together put one side of the notch in first and then rub it down flush using your thumb pad. Anyways, do you really want a mask where the lens pops out no problem? How safe is that?
Conclusion: This is a great mask. Granted, I have not used many masks but how much better can they get? I was playing in 90 degree plus weather with my mask propped up on top of my sweaty hair in b/t games. Never fogged up once. Got hit in the mask twice and barely felt it. If you want to look like a spoiled rich kid who has the most expensive everything, look at something else. If you want everything you need at a good price, get the JT spectra. I gave it a 9 cuz it got scratched after 1 days play. (small scratch - no safety issue)

Strengths: -awesome field of vision
-sweet looking
-pretty good price
-i find it easy to take a part and clean
-low profile on the top (with the pmi x-rays i took at least 8 hits per day on the very top of the mask and it hasn't happened once with these :) )
Weaknesses: -uhhh... right now nothing that i know of :)
Conclusion: ok a few people on my local field complain about this mask having no neck protection and not wanting to buy it 4 this reason even though i've recommended it to them... I do not feel this is a big concern because i don't really worry about it.. but thats just me

but i do recommend it to anybody it is definitely the best mask that i have ever used i totally love it!!!

a few other jt masks and one very ungood brass eagle mask
Marker Setup: mokal fokus stock
Strengths: +large field of vision
+low profile, doesnt restrict head movement in any way
+unique look
+you can add on a flex section of any color later, change lenses and do alot of neat stuff to it
+fits me personally better than any other mask ive tried on (i have a medium head) haha
Weaknesses: -the "thermal" lens fogged the first time i used the mask, hasnt since..but then again i havent run as much since
-less protection in the neck area than most masks
Conclusion: in my opinion, best mask out there, better than jts entry level masks in all areas...doesnt have needless stuff like their most expensive ones (that got recalled). i also prefer the hard bottom to the flex bottom because with the hard it never impedes movement and provides more protection against close range shots. 10!

JT X-Fire, Flex 7, V-Force Morph, and Scott Hotshot

Strengths: Great mask with virtually no fogging whatsoever. I prefer the Spectra over the Flex 7 because of the hard bottom on it. Nice design, and fits well. Has very good protection, covering the face and ears very well. And the lense is top-notch, giving a large area of visibilty. It's also got a much smaller target profile than Scott and V-Force masks.
Weaknesses: The lense is somewhat hard to change, but once you learn to change it out it's a snap. And some people say that there is not enough neck protection, but there is more than enough for most people in my opinion.
Conclusion: A great, great mask which I suggest to everyone. I am more than happy with mine, and will have to be very hard pressed to get rid of mine.
