Strengths: Well considering this is only the second mask I've had...compared to the last mask, this mask is a gift from god. Let me just say the first mask I had was a Ass Eagle...This thing WILL NOT fog up unlike some other brands I know...It is scratch proof to a point...meaning big scratches wont get on it. Comes with a visor which is very convienant for playing in the rain or helping to block the sun. Also comes with a carrying bag as well.
Weaknesses: A little costly, but you get what you pay for so...And this thing is very hard to clean...actually, almost impossible. Besides that, I give it 5 stars!
Conclusion: In conclusion, I'd reccommend buying this mask to anybody. Actually, I've had about 10 people go out and buy one from my references. They all love them, and feel sure you will too.

Strengths: i really like this mask. it is extremely comfortable. it doesnt fog because of th therema lenses.the straps are easily adjusted. the bottom part is light weight rubber but is not too flexable. it is not so flexable that the paintballs go right past it. i like the sun viser. i have had mask without them and it really does make a difference. it is not too exspensive this price is extremely inacurate. it is basically the flex seven.
Weaknesses: the lenses are hard to get clean after they have been hit by a paintball. the foam in the back can get anoing in the summer it makes the back of my head sweat.
Conclusion: it is definantly worth the money. I beleive if you invest alot of money in anything other thatn a gun the first thing you should buy is a mask. people like to think a gun makes the biggest difference, and t does make a big difference, but a good mask is equally important. invest in this mask or any other good mask and i promise you will be glad you did.

Strengths: Great mask, has comfortable foam, you can buy a fan for it, it wasnt as much as this site says, i got mine for $52. You can also get cool colored lenses for it. Its one of the best looking masks on the market.
Weaknesses: Not enough throat protection, but theres throat guards that you can buy, and i dont mind getting hit in the neck, as long as its not close range.
Conclusion: I can see very well with them except when i get paint on the lens, and i have the thermal so it doesnt fog. Its very comfortable with the padding, but sometimes sweat drips in your eyes because the foam repels it not absorbs, it is very tight on my head, it is good compared to others, and if you have the money, get one of the JT spectra masks, the cheapest being this and the most exspensive being the spectra IZE Flex 7 mask.

Strengths: The thermal lens is the ONLY way to go. It fits pretty good: comfortable--really snug to the face, and it doesn't flop around no matter what you do. You get pretty good peripheral vision, and I guess the visor is a nice touch.
Weaknesses: I wear glasses and my glasses won't fit inside this mask, at least not as well as in others I've used, because the lens fits closer to your eyes--which is one of the good things about it--so I can't complain too much about it. The space for the nose seems to come up really high, but not high enough to block your field of vision or be uncomfortable, unless you wear glasses, then it pushes them up aginst your face, which wouldn't be so bad except sweat from your eyebrows runs down them, completely blocking your vision.
Conclusion: I paid $45 for this mask and I feel like I got my money's worth. Without glasses it is a very practical piece of equipment, and JT makes an insert for people like me that you can take to Lenscrafters or wherever and get your prescription filled in it, and it snaps into the mask. I'm going to get one as soon as I possibly can. Look for my review of it on this website later. This is my first mask so I can't compare it to much else other than rentals, but let me say this: IF YOU ARE A NEWBIE, SPEND THE EXTRA $$ AND GET A DECENT MASK--PAINTBALL IS WAY MORE FUN WHEN YOU CAN SEE, AND DON'T HAVE TO FIDDLE WITH YOUR EQUIPMENT ALL THE TIME, AND A GOOD MASK IS BETTER THAN A GOOD GUN.

Strengths: Well, it doesn't fog, fit's quite nicely, smaller than other masks, and better protection too
Weaknesses: the lens can really be a b*tch to take out, and they tend to smear quite easily
Conclusion: Yep, it's a keepa'

Strengths: O, just about everything. It's comfotable, It doesn't fog, looks sweet, you can wear glasses under them, but they usually fog up. I'm on my second pair, the first were non thermal, so, I was going to get a lens.
Weaknesses: N/A
Conclusion: I now have a single lens olive, and a black thermal lens. the olive is a year or two older, and still has the foam with the velcro attaching it. I don't know why JT went away from this. It was really nice to have. Overal, there are nicer, Protus, but, this is very nice. Get one.

Strengths: I bought this mask one month and finally tried it out last weekend. While I expected it to fit well, I did not expect the lenses to perform so well. With a rental mask, I usually experience fogging after half an hour of play, gradually worsening to the point where I cannot see anything. With my new Spectra Mask, I did not fog over once in over three hours of play. It stayed nearly crystal clear the whole time, even when I was being chased like a fox. Trust me, this mask is a keeper for that reason alone. The strap is easily adjustable, and it is roomy enough so that I can my shooter's cap backwards and wear it with the mask on, which looks l33t.
Weaknesses: The lenses will be very difficult to replace. The lenses are readily available, but the mask is a bltch to dissemble. I tried taking the lense out to clean after my round, and I gave up after wrestling with it for about twenty minutes. (I did RTFM). Get someone to show you how, so you don't break anything. Also, the lense scratches easily.
Conclusion: This mask's stock lense is clear and it refuses to fog. The mask is comfortable and looks good, and doesn't feel loose or tight. The only upgrade you might want is the thermal reflective lense JT makes for this mask.
