I have had this mask for 4/5 years and overall it is a good mask. (i recently purchased a JT invader mask). The best thing about the mask is that it is comfortable and small, but this has some draw backs.
Weaknesses:
Mask "stops" at top of goggle and when i got hit in forehead and started to bleed i wished i would of had some more protection. The only other major drawback is that it fogged up a good bit on me, but this happens with a lot of older goggles that don't have thermal lenses.
Conclusion:
Not a bad mask, but there are better masks in the same price range. I like the new line of low priced $20 JT masks ( now owned by brass eagle) (Walmart). I think the extreme stalker is extremely nice because it is small, but on the other hand some extra protection is nice, it is a tradeoff, comfort or extra protection.
Good mask, small and tight so it doesnt feel like your playing with a mask--
Weaknesses:
Peripheral vision sucks, doesnt vent good so most of the games your stumbling around shooting your own goddamn team because you cant see, and if you get shot in the mouth the shells go right through along with the paint, so now you have blistered lips and crappy paint.
Conclusion:
Its an Okay Mask once you get no fog spray things are better
The Mask is not that expensive, it comes in a lot of gun packages. It gives you ear protection and it is VERY COMFORTABLE. Good field of vision also. For the price you pay you couldn't ask for much more.
Weaknesses:
It is kind of ugly looking if you ask me. There is no forehead protection and I have got hit there before, and it hurts pretty bad. It will fog up if you don't use Anti-Fog spray or dish soap and windex.
Conclusion:
This mask is so comfortable I couldn't believe it, it fits nice and stays on well. The cost is defintely worth it. It fogs but you can fix that a variety of ways like anti-fog spray, or anti-fog insert. The vision area is good. I would definitely recommend this mask to beginner/novice players. It works and is really comfortable. I tried the X-ray and this gun is much more comfortable than that even though that looks better.
Its very comfortable, fits your face great, good range of
vision.
Weaknesses:
Single lense (non thermal) tends to fog up a lot! this can
easily be solved by buying either a thermal lense, or just
getting a Combat Vision anti fog insert for ten bucks. I
got the Combat Vision insert, and i havent had any fogging
problems since.
Conclusion:
Great mask for the begginer, or tourney player. Doesnt
really provide a lot of protection, but its still a great
mask.
The little "thing" that recieves the screw that holds the
lens and the mask together can be quite annoying, because
it's sharp and touches your nose all the time, but put some
tape or somethin' over it and it'll be just fine.
There is also no forehead-protector.
