This valve has had thousands of hours of research and development put into it to figure exactly which design reaches peak performance. With this installed your gun sings. We have trained our craftsman ( We let them watch This Old House on pbs ) to repeat this miracle of machining over and over again. Using the latest technology ( Our rechargeable battery powered Dremel ) we are able to produce a valve that has a zero defects.
Product Availability
The Evil Valve Kit is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Stock PMI 2K3 Valve
Marker Setup: Piranha E-Forece STS 2K3
Boss Derlin Bolt and Blade Trigger
PPS Stabilizer
Lapco BigShot 14"
Evil Valve
Empire Reloader
EXT Drop with PMI PE 68ci/4500
Strengths: Helped with poor ball velocity.
Weaknesses: None to date!
Review: Along with the Boss Derlin bolt this valve helped fix my ball velocity problem with out a spring or shim kit. I was wear of a plastic pin but have not had any problems with it or noticed any unusual wear on the pin. At the price of $16, it's hard to beat.
Conclusion: Good Upgrade from stock!

pmi turbo valve...stock pmi 2003 valve
Marker Setup: 2003 eforce piranha PF, ram air, delrin boss bolt, bob long torpedo reg, 14" tru flite barrel,
pure energy 88ci 4500 tank
Strengths: Lowers operating pressure considerably with an adjustable reg
Weaknesses: Having problems getting velocity back up, havent really tuned it yet though
Review: Pretty impressed with this valve. With my turbo i couldnt get below 350 psi without having recocking problems. as soon as i got this valve in i was operating at 275. I could go lower too since i have a delrin bolt but i chrono'd it at only 210 fps. I may need a shim kit or something to get the velocity back up to 250 or so. Overall im very pleased for the inexpensive cost it can really make a little blowback like the piranha shoot flat.
Conclusion: definetely worth the money.the valve pin and cupseal are made of plastic as stated in other reviews but they are far from special parts...i called PMI today (PMI ownes evil) and asked them to send me an extra one and its on its way. talk about hard to get...
also you can buy nice replacement cupseal/pin assembles from rjskateworks.com. i have one and it works quite well.

stock pmi turbo valve.
Marker Setup: pmi sts 2k3 marker. 14 inch wisper barrel and check it powerstation reg.
Strengths: none.
Weaknesses: small air feed and plastic parts.
Review: My first turn off of this valve is the cup seal assembly for the valve is one small piece of plastic. For a part going to be under 300-800 psi you think they would have used metal shaft?? The other draw back for this valve is does not use stock size cut valve so if the cup seal fails on the field you have to get a new one from evil most pb stores wont carry this part even though it used in spyder guns too. The air flow hole that the cup seal sits is smaller that the pmi turbo valve.
Conclusion: I would not recomed this valve as an upgrade, look into pmi turbo vale or a tornado valve.
