98 custom with smart part tear drop, e99 with boomstick, tridad with progressive, shutter with another other stock barrel.
Marker Setup: cross fire 47-3000psi, stock barrel (mistake #1), rev 12 volt hopper
Recommended
Upgrades:
barrel for sure
Strengths: Well it reminded me of the e99 but non elect.
Weaknesses: Kind of large gun
Review: Well i had a gun break, The triad blew a ring so i had to use a friends gun. This gun looked like my dads e99. The gun was good feeling in my hands. the drop foward kept good position in the gun holding stance and it shot gud when testing single balls. wood ball time, went out there looking for the commies and we got shot at. I shot a burst volley at a position and saw paint spray. i get behind a tree and clean out, (note, using blaze). i go and play after the clean and it happens again. SUCK I GET SHOT while cleaning again. well the gun woulndt do well shooting fast
Conclusion: Well i dont know whether or not the barrel would keep the gun from chopping balls inside the gun i mean. I have a elect hopper on

Review: a couple of months ago i was looking for a new rec ball gun as might 98c was getting to slow and was nothing compared to pirahnas. I went out to my local pro shop and spent a few hours testing autocockers and other assorted guns. I finally decided on a autococker pro stock. On my way to the counte i noticed this awesome gun on a rack in the corner. After testing it i was in love. The trigger pull was nice and crisp but light enough for fast gunning and the looks were awesome. This little gun may not be an evil omen or anything but it outperformed the autocockers by a wide margin i would recommend this gun to newbs and intermidiate player alike. Stop reading this now ang go by it!!!
Conclusion: I believe this is one of the most realiable and awesome little guns i own. I have no regrets a bout putting down the $175 or so to purchase it. I would buy this gun over a tippmann any day!

Upgrades:
You should probably put anew barrel on it. And aresponse trigger on it.
Strengths: farely quiet
accurate
Weaknesses: long trigger pull
shiny
chops paint
Review: I have used the Sinister for about 3 months. All you wuold have to do is get a new barrel.
I have used my friends stiffy barrel and it worked great. Its a good beginers gun.An dif you want you could put a response trigger on it.And also get a electronic hopper.
Conclusion: Get a new barrel, and it will work fine and not chop paint.

Tippman Custom 98 - pretty much the same shooting, grip is a little different, the side feed is nice for aiming.
Tippman A-5 (tested) - Cyclone feed makes it feed very fast, a lot like the 98 except more expensive
Icon E- Very similar firing, except electronic
Marker Setup: Sinister TP - stock
No Upgrades yet
Recommended
Upgrades:
You could get a barrel if you have the money but the 2 piece it comes with does ok.
Strengths: Accepts Spyder parts
Quick disconnect pin and field strip
Nice stock barrel
Fairly quiet
Weaknesses: Small screws on drop forward
Shiny (not a big deal even for woods)
Review: This is a great gun to start with because of all the accessories it comes with and its easy to upgrade. It has a the gas through grip, bottomline, and drop forward, which is somewhat expensive to buy separetely. Out of the box it shoots nice, the barrel is pretty good as it is. My friend and I bought one and neither one of us have had any ball breaks yet. The Sinister TP has a built in elbow so you won't need one, I guess you could count that as a positive. The vertical feed makes the gun feed pretty fast but I like how Tippmans allow you to use the body to line up a sight but it works to just use the barrel. Before you play always examine your gun to make sure nothing is lose. The screws on the dropforward are kind of small so make sure they are tight before you play. As I said in the weaknesses the bolt is sometimes hard to pull back, but its not really a problem, just kind of slippery when your hands are sweaty. Something to think of is that its a semi automatic, not electronic. I personally prefer non-electros because i dont have the cash to waste paint so semi works fine for me.
I just bought this gun a bought a month ago and so far its worked great but look for a future review.
Conclusion: Its a great gun for the price and anyone can use it. Its fine right out of the box so no upgrades are required immediately and its a great price if you're short on cash. It seems good quality so if you take care of it ( cleaning, checking screws, etc.) it'll last you.
