Finally, a solution for Spyder owners. Spyders have an irregular hole patter on their grip frames. This makes it hard to add after market parts like drop forward, bottom-line adapters, and secondary regulators. The boys at Shocktech design this adapter to fix this problem. It allows Spyders to use the standard hole pattern.

The Shocktech Spyder Adapter Block is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.

Review:
This thing is great. I mean there's not much it has 2 do, but what it does it does right. It holds the drop secure & lets me use a drop i already had on my new spyder. shocktech could do us all a favor & do sumthing about those sharp corners, but otherwise great!
Conclusion:
If u own a spyder & would like a drop that doesn't have spyder holes or an old drop w/ normal holes, BUY THIS! i give it a 9 cause of the corners
there are plenty of drops that fit both standard & offset trigger frame holes so there is no point in getting this. doesn't even look good on the marker. reason i got it is because i didn't put enough effort in finding the proper drop. so there went $10 down the drain.
plus, when i was removing it for the last time ever, i cut my thumb on one of it's freakishly sharp corners! it's a hazard as well as a rip-off!
Conclusion:
just don't get it. i don't even know why you're reading a review on it. go get a check it tuct tite or dead-on drop. those fit both standard & offset grip holes.
