They are available for most markers in 12", 14", and 16" lengths. The All American Barrels are made in two sections, a front and a back. The back of the barrel (the part that screws into the marker) is available in three bore sizes (small, standard, large). The front of the barrel (the ported section) acts as a spinning chamber. The air in front of the ball is pushed out of the holes reducing turbulence and the gases behind the ball are vented in such a way to impart a slight spin on the paintball. The All American barrel has a front section with a larger bore than the back. Fronts are available in two standard colors (black & green) and 7 splash colors (shown above).
Product Availability
The Smart Parts All American Barrels are newer, so they should be commonly available, both new and used.

Weaknesses: ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!! great barrel.
Conclusion: great upgrade from any stock barrel. its too bad i didnt order it sooner.

Stock Barrel, Other Smart Parts Barrel
Marker Setup: Blue Spyder Shutter, Dye Sticky Grips, Smart Parts All American 02 Silver, Ricochet 2k hopper, CP Flame Drop Foward, 20oz co2.
Recommended
Paintballs:
RPS Big Ball, PMI Premiums, Diablo Dusk
Strengths: The barrel is very accurate, really doesn't make the gun quiter, but alot more accurate. The paintball may drop by 15 feet if you have the 16 inch barrel. I wouldn't reccomend getting the 18 inch becuase the 16 inch is just long enough. Also, the smart parts logo and the all american logo line up to. And you can by different lenghts for the front of the barrel.
Weaknesses: It's a pain to clean. Havn't had a ball break yet with over a 1000 paintballs shot.
Conclusion: It's a great product just like all the Smart Parts Product. Also its at a low price just $75

ive used the thunder pig barrel before but the All American barrel is a lot better.
Marker Setup: Spyder Flash, 12 vt revvy with x-board, 20 oz co2, Smart Parts AA barrel
Recommended
Paintballs:
i recommend tc venom, nellson nellsplat, or worr games paint
Strengths: this barrel is accurate and doesnt bust balls like crazy and it looks cool and you can put a freak bore on it and make it even better
Weaknesses: this barrel doesnt quiet your gun any but thats all that i could find wrong with it, so if you play woods it may not be the best barrel to get
Conclusion: this is the best barrel ive ever used

None, really, other than stock barrels. The AA is my first barrel.
Marker Setup: PMI Black Piranha STS G3 w/ Powerfeed
Smart Parts All-American 2002 w/ 12" Freak front
Mako Storm E-Trigger frame
Palmer Stabilizer regulator w/ gauge
Ricochet 2k agitated hopper
PMI Turbo Valve
Shocktech 4" Drop Forward
20oz Co2 tank w/ anti-siphon
Recommended
Paintballs:
Pretty much any decent-quality medium-bore paintballs. I've used Diablo Blaze and PMI Premiums, and they both worked well.
Strengths: ACCURATE. Even with poor paint-to-barrel match, I blasted a 4"x4" target at 30-40 feet with 100 paintballs only eight to ten misses, and those only missed because the target was a hanging target that rotated when I hit it.

Affordable. For $75, you get the same performance as a Boomstick which is $35 more expensive.

Customizable. You can grab fronts of different colors, styles, and sizes for $45 each. And you can upgrade to a full Freak set for only about $165 ($100 for inserts and case, $65 for back) as opposed to $200.

Looks GREAT. Especially with a Freak front.
Weaknesses: It's only aluminum. I could see very small scratches on the inside of my barrel after two days of playing.

The bore size is a little big. The paintballs I use at the fields I play at regularly just roll right through.

Nothing else that I can think of. Oh, the "All American" logo doesn't perfectly line up with the Smart Parts logo. Neither does it line up with the side of my gun (although the Smart Parts logo does). And it smudges easily. But these are mostly cosmetic complaints.
Conclusion: Great value and great performance. It's a very good middle-ground between the sub-$40 low-end barrels and the $100+ high-end barrels, because it has the performance of the latter with a cost that falls in between the two. Its bore is a little big: the PMI Premiums and Diablo Blazes I've used on it rolled right through, but that didn't keep me from hitting a 4"x4" target at 30ft with very few misses.

only used field paint which was diablo
Strengths: oh my gosh! this is one NICE NICE NICE barrel!
the good
1. not to loud, alot quiter than stock
2. very accurate
3. no breaks
4. nice looking
5. its smart parts :P what more can be said?
Weaknesses: the bad isnt really bad because this will happen with every barrel
1. the portings are hard to clean
2. i chopped paint cuz i tarted shooting to fast (it was that quit) and the paint ball exploded in my marker and went stright through the barrel. it was hell to clean.
Conclusion: great barrel, recommend it to anyone! i havn't tried boomstick or jt's barrel but i really like it.
i'm giving it a 10!

pmi's are good
Strengths: I only played one game with this barrel, because it is just my friend's.
But from the performance that i saw it was great!
the accuracy is amazing
the range is pretty good
the silence is great
the consistency is sweet
the ball breakage is low
the price is 40 bucks
it beats a cp for 40 bucks i think
Weaknesses: this is only a one piece and harder to clean than a two piece but i didn't break a Ball when i was playing. it is a little shinny even though it was black

Conclusion: i would get this barrel for its accuracy and range and everything else. al though it is not a total freak kit i still thought that it was pretty good. i would recommend something like 02 all american since it is a 2 piece. i give this a nine because nothing is perfect but this is very good.

My stock barrel which was a p.o.s and some barrel that my friend had but i didn't see the name on it.
Marker Setup: Black Dragun Basic
Ricochet AK
Maddman spring kit
AA Barrel
12 ounce CO2(beware the 12 ounce)
Recommended
Paintballs:
I have mainly used Marballizers and they broke some but thats my fault because i forget to turn on the ricochet and outshoot it. I have also used brass eagle afterburner and they only chopped once out of 500! incroyable!
Strengths: This barrel is awesome. Its a great improvement over my stock barrel. My aim still sucks though because the stupid feed neck is right in front of me so it only helps me some. It's also made my gun very quiet because of the extra porting on it.
Weaknesses: There is no bad so far for this barrel. It's light, accurate, and shoots just fine is you use the right kind of paint.
Conclusion: Like I said before its light, accurate, and shoots fine with the right paint. If you are looking for a good barrel without spending gobs of money (i got mine new for $50) look no further, this is the barrel for you.

Marker Setup: Tippmann 98 custom with a Smart Parts All American on it and a 4" drop forward

Paintballs:
Draxxus Blaze or any other good quality paintball with a medium bore.
Strengths: Amazing product ....WOW.... is all i can say about it. This Barrel turn my stock Model 98 custom into a killing machine. This barrel is very accurate with extremely little to no curve to the ball. It had also turned my loud annoying tippmann into a much quieter sniper type gun. The 2-piece barrel design brings this barrel out to its fullest potential. The All American in my opinion can beat out all competitors including the overrated Dye Boomstick. You can also get it in tons of colors to match almost any gun type and its only 80$ you can't beat that !!
Weaknesses: I really couldn't find anything wrong with this barrel. Only 1 thing i've noticed that has annoyed me is cleaning out the porting when i actually do break a ball which isn't often but it happens to the best of us.
Conclusion: All in All this barrel is awesome. I would suggest it to anyone thinking of upgrading even talk them out of getting that Boomstick they been hearing about. Spend just a little bit of money and get this barrel you will NOT regret it at all i know i haven't.
