They are available for most markers in 12", 14", and 16" lengths. The All American Barrels are made in two sections, a front and a back. The back of the barrel (the part that screws into the marker) is available in three bore sizes (small, standard, large). The front of the barrel (the ported section) acts as a spinning chamber. The air in front of the ball is pushed out of the holes reducing turbulence and the gases behind the ball are vented in such a way to impart a slight spin on the paintball. The All American barrel has a front section with a larger bore than the back. Fronts are available in two standard colors (black & green) and 7 splash colors (shown above).
Product Availability
The Smart Parts All American Barrels are newer, so they should be commonly available, both new and used.

The only other barrel I have had was one 14" version (now I have 16") and a dye ultralite (12") and there was no comparison.
Marker Setup: Spyder 2 in 1 Java Edition, C02, HiViz Smart Parts Sight on 16" Smart Parts All American, Core Pro Series Regulator and Expansion Champer.
Recommended
Paintballs:
Any large bore paintballs will work well with this barrel. I have used Diablo Blaze which shoots extremely well but doesn't brake well. And currently I am using RPS Eltigre and they shoot well and brake 75%% of the time.
Strengths: This barrel has made me, my brother, and my dads gun extremely quiter, it my seem had to find the right paintballs for it but I am sure I will. I think this barrel is the most accurate barrel out there. Why by a Titanium barrel that cost 200$ when you could by this for half of that and it shoots better.
Weaknesses: Only thing is has large bore size, not bad, just odd
Conclusion: I think you should buy this product. You can buy it from www.smartparts.com, or most other paintball sites. Smart parts home page just lets you have a choice of all colors and all lengths.

32 degrees so far...
Strengths: EVERYTHING!!! OMG I love my gun now!!! When I had my stock barrel the shots were EVERYWHERE, nowhere near consistent. Ball were breaking, it was just a complete mess. And I got this barrel, let me tell ya, it is the best barrel EVER!!! I shot like almost 2000 paintball and not a single ball break yet, and accuracy is the best....
Weaknesses: Um... could be a little on the expensive side
Conclusion: If you want an accurate, no ball break barrel and have the money for it, then go ahead and get it, it is the best barrel I have seen!!!

Paintballs:
any but jt maxim is the best, also so is diablo, and never buy thailand pillcase paint or brasseagle chops like crazy
Strengths: i used this barrel with the "bad" xts nemesis and mounted a sight on top and my nemesis shooted reall good. It is really accurate with this barrel and quiet. My xts stock barrell sounds like a gun and with the all american it is like really quiet. Nice anodizing too..
Weaknesses: none but i dunt have one its my cousins and i wanna get one for my intimidato.. I can't get one because my dad won't let me spend more money on my intimidator.

Conclusion: good barrell to improve bad guns such as the xts nemesis. It shoots great on mine and the barrell is good to use with a sight.. shoots almost perfectly straight

Paintballs:
Anything .691. I've used Blaze, RPS, and others in the "medium" size paint category and nothing but success with the All American.
Strengths: I have the older model and love it. My Bushy shoots well with both the Dye Aluminum and Dye Boomstick, but I actually prefer my 12" All American. Looks great and matches my marker. Shoots very accurately and I've yet to break a ball with the All American. The porting makes it more quiet than my Boomstick and its just as good. Since Boomsticks are practically being given away right now ($60 on Ebay), I actually paid more for my All American and still think its worth it.
Weaknesses: It didn't quite fit my Bushy, but a barrel O-ring took care of it. I've never broken a ball in any of my barrels (4000-5000 rounds so far), so its hard to tell if the All American really brings anything to the table in that arena and I don't think it does. The marker is most responsible for ball breakage anyways.
Conclusion: I've spent $120 on three barrels (.686 AutoSpirit, .689 Boomstick, and .691 All American) and have to say I'm glad I'm not pursuing a Freak. All my barrels are one-piece barrels and I have never had any problems with any paint. New or barely used barrels are going for dirt cheap right now if you know where to look so don't waste time on a two-piece. If you get a good barrel like the All American at an auction, you can get all the sizes you need without having to worry about inserts which are impossible to clean quickly. Get a few good one-piece barrels that cover most paintball sizes and you'll be set. If you have a good marker, don't break many balls, shoot quietly, shoot quickly, and shoot accurately, then why waste $190 plus shipping on a Freak?

i dont know, i tried a bunch
Strengths: well, its quiet, its fairly accurate, not bad range
Weaknesses: ok, i think i must have gotten a defective one or something, but it just isnt very accurate, i have a 16" CMI tru-flight ($25) that was very noticably more accurate. i tried all different kinds of paint, i used it on different guns, i did everything. i might have just gotten a defective one. this kind of stuff always happens to me. its not bad, but it isnt worth $90.
Conclusion: well, out of 59 ratings it got an average of 9.9, so they all cant be like mine. i dunno, give it a shot, if anyone knows what the problem might be, please e-mail me at unklefugga@hotmail.com

Nothing! The first real two-piece barrel i bought. Well the first barrel i actually bought =P
Marker Setup: GT-2000, WGP reg, DZII, 68/4500 fiber nitro, Sprint trigger frame
Recommended
Paintballs:
Diablo midnight, RPS (any of these), Team Colors All Worked great even with all barrels
Strengths: how can i say it.... O....M....G!!!! I read the all the stuff about this barrel and thought that it would be a great upgrade next to the freak. Didnt really care for the bore sizes on the freak Kit. Anyways this compared to my old lapco bigshot was outstanding.

Quiet
Dead Accurate
Ez cleaning job in game and out...

This barrel just plain ROCKS BUTT!!!!
Weaknesses: Nothing that i would put up!!!!Some people just too choose...
Conclusion: For the price i paid i think i got what came to me. I love this barrel since if helped my game when my friend tried to bunker me and BAM i got him in the mask and shoulder.
Recommend this barrel to anyone, that doesnt want to spend that 180 for freak kit.
BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!

Paintballs:
Diablo or Anarchy. Both are excellent forms of paint. Pmi premium sucks through this barrel i don't know why they just don't fly straight. It's weird.
Strengths: Everything it's two piece. easy cleaning interchangable fronts. I have 4 fronts i use all for tournamet play which i think is cool. Also eventually you can upgrade to like the freak junior or freak kit. And all the fronts will still work. If you do break paint it's very easy to clean cause of it's two piece design. This really appealed to me.
Weaknesses: nothing really the only thing i noticed was that it's kinda loud but i'm used to a 32 degrees whisper barrel. But i'm over that now other then that this barrel rocks the house. Like every so often the front may come lose and you have to tighten it real quick but that's really no biggie. My friend overcame this obstacle by lock tightning his together which is pointless. He should have just gotten the one piece but whatever.
Conclusion: Good barrel for the money. Kinda weird to get used to a 2 piece design if your used to one piece barrels but you'll get the hang of it right away. It's kinda like sex once you have it you always gotta have it. I love two piece barrels. I will own one always from know on.

Get it, get a two piece barrel, get a two piece barrel from smart parts, get a all american barrel from smart parts cause they rule the world!

I always use Diablo Blaze or Midnight and they work extremely well.
Strengths: This barrel is accurate, quiet, and looks good on the M98. Plus I got mine new for $40 so you can't really beat that. I like this barrel better than the boomstick, which I feel is overrated and over priced. It's better than all the other barrels I used, especially the stock m98 barrel which sucks.
Weaknesses: I can't really find anything wron with this barrel, except it doesn't have the SP logo on it like the 2002 does.
Conclusion: I have used other barrels, but none compare to this. This barrel greatly improved my game and kill ratio, as well as allowed me to hit players without wasting a lot of paint. If you are thinking about this barrel I would definately suggest buying it.

Spyder stock barrel, whisper, carbon fiber, venturi $75 barrel. None compare to this. Thsi is the best barrel of them all.
Marker Setup: Spyder compact java deluxe
x-chamber, bottom line set up
smart parts sticky
in line reg
mini gauge
proline streatch drop forward
dye 45 frame with super short pull and awesome trigger job, shoots very smooth.
AA barrel

Paintballs:
Marbs or Diablo are best but anything but brass eagle will work fine.
Strengths: Very very accurate
Super Quiet
extreamly long range
Doesnt break paint.
This barrel is just perfect
Weaknesses: Not very many stores sell it in various colored tips. Most places sell it in all black. I got mine and smart parts and got a red tip for mine because my gun is red. Its a little expensive but it is worth every penny.
Conclusion: This barrel is great. It shoots accuratly, very quiet, and very long range. Its expensive but like I said it is worth it! It is the best and you should run out and buy one right now. If you only get one upgrade then get this barrel. It rules!

Nelson anarchy fit perfectly, diablo blazes are a little bit big but fit good.
Strengths: This barrel has everything good. It shoots paintballs farther and more accurate. I like this barrel cause it is great and cheaper than a boomstick.
It is made by smart parts which is a reliable company.
Weaknesses: The only thing that is bad is that it is a little expense, but if you want a good barrel expect to pay big bucks.
Conclusion: If you want a barrel that shoot great and accurate, and don't want to pay the big bucks for a boomstick, than get this. I still would rather have this barrel than a boomstick cause i like smart parts better than dye ( but that is just me).
