Yup, your right. Its definitely different. First it's wider than ever with a large finger radius for extreme comfort. Its swept back much closer to the frame. And more...

It's MAGNETIC, set it up as either attracting, repelling, or using your stock spring
New swept back design, .350 closer to the frame than our standard trigger.
Our Trigger utilizes 2 hi-force NEO magnets. The trigger magnet is oversized for even more force if so desired (attracting or repelling)
Fully adjustable screws for switch contact, post travel and new pin lock
Make all your adjustments without removing the trigger
Nylon tipped trigger stop set screw to stop frame wear. All screws are stainless steel, SAE threads
Loctite (serviceable) is pre-applied to installed screws for added convenience
Much wider than stock for minimal side to side wobble
Its as wide as the trigger guard with a rounded finger area for the ultimate in comfort. Its .388 wide, even wider than our standard FAT trigger
Comes packaged with allen key.
NOTE: For use on frames with a vertical trigger spring. Frames not having a through hole from the top can be modified, however we recommend that a qualified airsmith perform the work.

Product Availability
The New Designz Magnetic Blade Trigger is newer, so it should be commonly available, both new and used.

Review: I bought this trigger a few months after I bought my Impulse. I installed it, and once I figured out how to properly adjust it, it was far above my expectations. The trigger pull can be adjusted anywhere from basically the stock trigger pull, to a mouse click. It is very simple to adjust, because all adjustments are made on the outside of the gun on the trigger, with an allen key that comes with the trigger. Somewhere along the line, I accidentally overtightened and stripped a screw, so I emailed NDZ, told them my situation, and 2 days later, I get a package on my doorstep, with 2 replacement screws, and 2 free stickers. This kind of customer service, and concern is impossible to beat.
Conclusion: Overall, I would say that this probably my favorite trigger to use on the stock frame that I have tried. Also, the best customer service that I have ever seen. Highly recommended!

Strengths: Price isn't bad, light pull, and comfortable
Weaknesses: gets stuck a little bit
Review: When I first tested out the stock smart parts impulse it was horrible with the stock trigger on it . The trigger pull was gigantic and there was a very slim chance of you being able to walk it very well. But then, when I put this new trigger on it was amazing. If you do buy this for your gun it will be the best $40 you have ever spent in your gun. When you put this trigger on the trigger pull is not very close but its unbelieveable light. Its very easy to rip on it. But one problem I noticed is that sometimes the trigger will get stock back against the magnet and its not hard to get out but its just sticks there for a second until you pul it out and you dont want that to happen when your rippin during a game.
Conclusion: Definitly buy this for your trigger especially if you play back because you need to protect those frontman with strings of paint.

Review: this is a must if you get an impulse. I can rock this trigger ten times better than a stock trigger. But if you get this trigger than you must get a fast hopper like a halo and/or the vision. if you don't you will chop balls all the time
Conclusion: You must get it if you get an impulse.
