The Shocker SFT is the sport of paintball's first marriage of technologies. The Shocker SFT provides the high rate of fire and simplicity of design found in most open bolt markers yet has the incredible accuracy and razor flat trajectory heralded in closed bolt markers. With rates of fire far capable of surpassing 20 balls per second, the SFT is more than able to excel in any environment without ever letting its user feel outgunned. Its weight and size make it the smallest and lightest tournament dominance package made. Already a proven winner by the Philadelphia Americans, this marker is appearing in the hands of more and more top level teams every day.
The Smart Parts Shocker SFT is older, so while it may be available used and in a few cases new, it is not commonly available anymore.
I was always wanting to test a shock but never had the opportunity until a month ago. I came across the shocker I now own a month ago. The shop let me put a hopper of paint through it and I was sold. The trigger job was perfect for me right out of the box. I went to the paintball field that same weekend. I put two cases of "EMPIRE FUEL" through it and did not chop and paint. She was fast and accurate. Out of the box she chrono'd in around 287fps +/- 3fps. The only problem I had was with the air efficiency. I roughly got 800 shots with my 68/4500. I called Smart Parts and they told me that the "TURBO CHARGER" bolt should do the trick. Well I fell into their trap and ordered it, so we will see. After the long day of breaking in the Shocker, I had to tear her down and clean. It is a snap. So don't worry about the maintenance, it's a no brainer (just follow the step by step instructions). I also wanted to add that they look better than the old Shocker 4X4's. I was lucky enough to get the limited edition Gold color.
With the price tag of $875, it is worth the money. The Shocker can hold it's own against the Angel's and Timmy's out there.
The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect is because she is a gas hog, but still love my Shocker.

black-blue toxic shocker #006
Crossfire 45/4.5k tank (low pressure)
blue diamond Reloader B
vision, vert reg, and a HALO or REALOADER B. if tourney player get a freak
cheap for a gun that is so good
not very gas eficent but that doesnt affect me
ok my friend bought a pewter vision shocker the second i saw it i thought this would be perfect with me since i play front. i play a coulple of games with it and soon thereafter traded my HK'd lasoya for a toxic shocker. these really rip. my toxic looks better than stock ones which says alot. the barrel this one comes with (all american) is veryaccurate as well BUT, since it has alot of porting it doesnt help the gas efiicency.
soon thereafter my team became sponsored by SP and that was the best thing to happen to me.
very good gun only needs a fast hopper but because there are better shockers out there (dynasty, nasty, toxic, octane, and freeflow) it gets a 9/10
