Pros
~~~~
-Prevents Lost Bolts
The surface of this mat is really tough, so round objects and other things like bolts will not roll off.
-Absorbant
If you lay your paint splattered gun or hopper on this, the paint will just suck into the mat making wiping things off alot easier.
-Helpful While Cleaning
As said before, it will prevent lost bolts. Also it's a great alternative to a work station that will scratch your marker.
Cons
~~~~
-Hard To Find
It's not the most common thing on the market, but works great if you can find one.
-Expensive For A Mat
It's basically a mat made out of mousepad material. Too expensive for some people because a simple towel will suffice.
Conclusion:
Great if you can find one, but it's not needed because a simple towel will be sufficiant enough to prevent bolts rolling around and not scratching the marker.
Tippman 98C, Dble. Trig., Palmer Male Stab., Shocktech Drop, CP On/Off, Rocket Cock II, DYE Sticky Grip, Pro-Seal Power Tube, Ricochet AK, Flatline, Crossfire HPA
Strengths:
Absorobs oil, WASHABLE, Keeps parts from rolling around
Weaknesses:
At first look it appears like felt. Doesn't look to flashy
Review:
I bought one of these off of ebay very cheap. The back is coated so when oil spills while cleaning it doesn't soak through and damage your kitchen table or wherever you do your cleaning.
The surface is this felt like material so it keeps all of your screws and such from rolling around.
I decided to see how durable it really was. So I took a bunch of oil, grime and dirt and rubbed it in really good. Let it sit in the sun for a day. Then washed it. It came out good as new.
I also liked that it rolled or folded up really well. So packing it in my gear bag was a cinch.
Conclusion:
A inexpensive buy to help out at the field or at home when do repairs and cleaning. Under $15.00 shipped on Ebay.

I used to use an old towel, for a cleaning mat but this contains spills, lays flat,.
Marker Setup:
Automag with wooden handle I made myself. Dye barrel, nitro setup. Love P38's need to have mandatory p38 games at fields.
Strengths:
Waterproof, absorbent, keeps parts organized. A great place to clean you gun at the field.
Weaknesses:
Not too flashy. Hard to find, only can order over web.
Review:
I picked up one of these surfing the web a while back. I was looking for something that could protect my table when cleaning my paitnball stuff after a long day of playing at the field.
This mat worked great! It absorbed my spills of cleaning oil, but because it has a waterproof backing it did not soak through and runi my table. It also keeps small parts organized.
I also found it worked great at the field. If and when my gun breaks down it makes for a nice clean place to take apart my gun, rather than losing little screws in the grass. I also use it to line the trunk of my car so paint does not get on my cars interior.
Conclusion:
I would definitely recommend this mat. When surfing the web I am normally drawn to a lot cooler looking paintball stuff, but this is a must have if you hate losing parts at the field.
