-Vertical belt strap to short
got this with my overlord RX, fits large pistols well. The holster is made of heavy duty material and has lots of velcro. The mag pocket fits 2 mags and it can hold 6 12g CO2 powerletts. There is also a small pouch i use to hold the barrel plug. The holster fits my leg well and doesnt move to much when running.
The only bad thing i can think of is the vertical belt stap is a little short, but then again im 6'2 so most things are for me. The stap that goes behind the grip to keep the marker in place is a little on the short side for the overlord RX, dont know if this os a problem for the ACP, ACP2.0 or original overlord.
Overall a well mad product for the money
good buy for the money, fits all types of Ariakon pistols. Gets an 8...1 point for the short vertical strap and one for the short marker strap.
The MR-2, 20 OZ C02 tank, electronic hopper, Tru-Flight 14 " barrel, as well as a Overlord pistol W/Ariakon holster, and an extra magazine.
Restricting (What do you expect?)
Mags. fall out.....
I bought the Ariakon holster from paintballgi, and they sent it in 3 days, so I'll first give them kudos on the extremly fast shipping, and the free sticker.
Now, as soon as I got it, I grabbed my pod carrier, and hooked it up, only to find my current belt didn't hold up to well on the weight, which isn't the holster's fault, but it pulled down on it alot, and the holster couldn't adjust to be small enough for it.
When you run, the magazines fall out of the mag holder for what ever reason....Mabey I run to hard or something....I don't know. Its still a realy good quakity holster, and I'd still recommend it, enspecily for the price.
Its preety good, but I see things I would of done diffrently.........
It holds everything you need for your backup. I can put 5 extra 12 gram co2 cartridges in the small pocket without having trouble removing them. I can also fit five pods loosely in the long pouch, and six with a tight fit.
Loose- For smaller guys like myself, the holster has a tendency to bounce around on your leg and can be very annoying. It has elastic straps, but they are useless for me. The holster moves around on my leg and never sits still.
It's a good holster. It does what it's supposed to. I am giving it a 9 though because of the strap problem.

Airsoft holsters, too small, and would not fit my Overlord.
Tippmann 98 Custom with J&J Edge Barrel Kit, Response Trigger, Cyclone Feeder, Double Trigger, Clear Dye Sticky Grips, Rocket Cock II, Dead On Rear Velocity Adjuster, Skull Drop Forward, Lapco Raised Sight Rail and Dead On X-Core Expansion Chamber.
Very strong, designed for different placement options, large, extra side pockets.
Velcro on the side pockets dont cover enough for ten-round tubes to stay sturdy.
Because of the large size of my Overlord pistol, it was necessary for me to purchase a holster that was specifically designed for the Overlords size. I had looked into different kinds of holsters including those designed for airsoft guns. None of the holsters fit the Overlord, not even those designed for paintball pistols such as the PT Extreme Jr. and the like would fit the Overlord. I needed something much larger, yet very good quality, seeing as how I only expect the best from the gear I buy.
Note: This review is subject to a very large update soon.
Very good quality, probably one of the best in terms of strength that I have seen in a product like this. I definately recommend you get this holster if you need a holster that will fit a large gun, but dont want to spend the money on a custom made one.
built and designed well
holds extra 12 grams
holds extra mags
Length of vertical belt strap
Ariakon designed and built this holster very well! It is made with heavy duty woven canvas and strong Velcro. All of the stitching is strong and durable and the lege straps are adjustable to fit anyone and everyone. Their are even plastic reinforcement pieces sewn in throughout the whole holster. The only negative thing about this holster has to do with the vertical belt strap(the strap that loops over your belt to keep it up and in place). the strap ,for me anyway, is to long and loops over my belt to far. This means that the Velcro that is supposed to attach to the specific spot goes to far and has nothing to attach to. I fixed this though by just adding some more velcro (which wasn't as easy as it sounds because of the super thick and strong material). That doesn't necessarily mean this will happen to you though.
Hold and Accessibility of marker
I have the Overlord and it fits perfectly in this holster! The velcro straps that hold the marker in place are the perfect length. Once the straps are undone the marker comes right out with the greatest of ease. It also holds six extra 12 grams. The only thing is that if you take one out the rest move around in the pouch creating noise. It also holds two extra 10 round mags which is the perfict amount.
I think that the price is outstanding for what you're getting. I've seen some cops 911 holsters for about 50 and 60 dollars.
If you are planing to get an Overlord or ACP than this is the holster for you. I give it a 9 because nothing is perfect in this world.
